Bumble - Meet New People App Description

Over 40 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behaviour. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble Date: On Bumble Date, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Bumble is free to download and use, and that will never change for our main features. However, if you’re looking to get the most from Bumble, you can subscribe to our optional subscription product Bumble Boost. We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month and 6 month subscriptions giving discounts to the weekly price. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. I loved this app then all of a sudden it started asking me to log in with Facebook? Even tho I already was? And now it’s made a completely new account with different pictures and it won’t let me verify it

I already had my scepticism about dating apps, tried em, paid, and been bitten. Stay well clear. The only match I got was a link to some bs ultra feminist questionnaire asking my opinion on stuff like metoo. I’m British ffs! Oh, and that was after putting my hands in my pocket. Get in the real world and find some real women/men, apps like this claim to be progressive and moral, but they’re regressive and just after your money.

I am disappointed with this site , having paid my subscription I find the app stating I have messages only to be frozen out for hours on end by which time any connections made have moved on thinking that maybe your just not interested in that particular person .

I love that woman have the power to message whoever they want and not be badgered by a surplus of people which’ll fill up their inbox. I’m a guy and I’m very happy with this, it’s a selective dating app - rather then a barraging hoard of time wasters Thank you for making this unique app 👏🏻

Maybe I’m one of the lucky ones! Had a few matches, then after a week or so I started chatting to a lovely guy. We’re now a few months into a great relationship all thanks to Bumble!

Bumble is so much nicer than Tinder. A much more pleasant experience, a higher calibre community and far fewer fake profiles. And yet they spoil this with push notifications for their ads. I check my Apple Watch, thinking I’ve received a message, only to find a random ad for some irrelevant vendor. This is shoddy, scummy behaviour and it does not do justice to an otherwise excellent app. 4-5* if Bumble can fix this.
  • Not worth it

I paid something over £7 for a week of Boost, and it's not worth it. I was swiping quite a lot and matched with a few girls as usual, and they don't even talk. This app is not worth it. Also if you want to spend money, go and buy Tinder paying the same price, but you'll get a whole month of their premium service.

    >Put an end to misogyny >Women make the move >Men can’t message first The only thing I see here is trying to insult men. Good work!
