    Netflix is good but I need to be able to make customised lists!!!!!! And to be able to remove things from continue watching because some things I don’t want to continue!!!
  • Why so few programs

    Same as most it seems, we loved the app to start with but now it’s just boring, I can spend 10-15 minutes scrolling through the endless garbage, titles that contain languages I do not speak and also titles under a number of labels, some films it seems are horror/sci-fi/family and romantic, this is clearly done to simply fill the app. Why are the rules on what we can watch in the uk so tight. If things are not improved this will for sure be another customer lost.

    There’s a limit to how many times you can download episodes and the app will use them all at once if you have a bad connection.

  • Issues with downloaded content

    When I press play on a downloaded episode/movie, I expect that to start playing immediately. Unfortunately the app tries to run activities that require a connection. If you happen to be on a train (which is every single day) and the connection is there but not strong, the app gets stuck and won’t start playback, despite the fact you had downloaded that content for offline viewing. The absolute priority should always be to start playback.

    Netflix in itself is just awesome. It’s easy to control and use and it has a wide range of shows and films. Stranger Things is my particular favourite; I’ve rewatched so many times I’ve lost count 💞

    The regional lock is a big problem and has no reason to exist please remove it
  • “My list” needs fixing/changing

    The list function seriously needs fixing. Removing a programme or film from it doesn’t do anything, it stays there no matter what I do. But most importantly newly added progs/films don’t show up! I can only view maybe half of my list, even in the grid view accessed through the ‘more’ tab. Also the thumbs up style of rating is completely inadequate. You can’t even see what other people have rated it! And why can’t you read people’s reviews? They’re one of the main ways I would decide on what was worth watching. There’s nothing really to go on when choosing new things to watch.
