  • Not being able to sign in on TV

    I bought a Netflix account and I started watching it on TV, soon i downloaded netflix on all my devices and logged in with the same account. Then later when I try to log in on my TV (because I changed my password once) It just says “There was an error processing your request. Please correct items below” even when I know I filled all the requirements correctly. Please fix this.

    i use an iphone 8 plus and the phone heats up every single time I use netflix. also, the battery drops really fast. after a 2 hour use, my battery dropped 65%. please do something about this.
