    My purchase with credited to me 3 days late. My bank offers were frozen and blocked during that time. I missed all the other monthly special packs. I would’ve purchased more but my first bank offer wasn’t credited to me immediately and my other offers were frozen.

    I like this game a lot. I also have put in a pretty large chunk of money into it. Some small stuff I wish would be different with game play. The upgrade times after lvl 20 is very ridiculous. Weeks! Even months!! that’s insane. And when I buy a pack I use almost half of those boosts to finish that upgrade and then there’s a lot more with that same wait time.

    Unable to access game after last update around 3-10-2019. Sent e-mail requesting assistance, all I got back was a generic response that did not work. Tech support is lousy and of little help.

    I see many have the same issue today and support claiming they “warn” about future updates? I got no warning. I haven’t been able to access on my PC account, on my IPhone account, or my iPad account all day... no internet problem at all, but game says there no connection.. wrote support but they take over a day to respond and usual a few days to solve if ever. I’ve had issues where after loading resources to the citadel the game lost connection and resources gone and support did nothing but tried to blame me or another team member... Resources don’t just disappear and when used in the Citadel it creates something.. no team members can take out, but this does resemble they type of support they respond with the most. All in all I regret the investment now as the game is inaccessible and the customer support is flustering at best. You’d think the kind of crazy money they charge you’d get quality service, but you’d of thought wrong.

    The cost of your packs are ridiculous I would spend a lot more money if the bang was more worth the buck but it’s not and as soon as you purchase one it gets even worse so you actually lose a lot of money on me and many more that I know of so you need to offer much more in the packs or reduce the cost of the ones you are already offering
