    Unable to access previously purchased individual issues after updating app.. Sad situation. After reading other reviews where subscribers are also having problems I'm no longer considering a subscription or even purchase of single issues. Hopefully someday i will have access to my previously purchased individual issues.. No time to spar with customer support over this.

    After the last update, the iPad App requests sign-in, but the account information has not been informed so I can not get issues any more even in my subscription period. This is not comfortable situation. 購読期間中ですが、先に書かれている方々同様App更新後あまり好ましくない状態になりました。

    言われるままにアプリのアップデートを繰り返していたら、途中で一年間の購読が勝手に中断されました。何処に苦情を持ってけば良いのやら。

    I was able to download issues for half a year, but now I can no longer download or even sign in. Tried to contact Apple and NatGeo, but one refers me to the other. Guess they have my money so they don't care.
  • With this version the "i" icon doesn't work sometimes.

    The "i" icon to see the caption sometimes doesn't work with this version. It works in recent issues like October 2012 or September 2012. However it doesn't in the issue January 2012. (I remember in the previous version the "i" icon did work.) Please fix this bug a.s.a.p.

    Subscribed for a year, after the last app update, I can't restore my previous issues nor get the new issues. I am being bounced back and forth between their support and iTunes support.

    紙媒体の日本語版は定期購読してるが、値段が安くて写真も綺麗なので電子版も購入。両方ともメリットがあるので続けていきたい。 電子書籍では動画があったり、写真の角度変えられるのがあったり面白い。だけど、詰め込みすぎて動作が重くなるページがあるのが気になる。もう少しシンプルに読めると最高なんだけどな
