    There are a lots of bugs in this app Starting from to login — u wont be directed to the page that asks for OTP of your account . Then u won’t be able to add or delete your account (manage account) .Sometimes the app itself wont open and then the subtitles custom method is useless it won’t work at all

    The app is full of obvious bugs on my iPad Pro 10.5 . The error code 30103 is so frequent ! I have to keep restarting my iPad just to be able to play my offline content. Also, when the above error is not occurring, and I am connected to a WiFi network, it takes an awful lot of time for the offline content to play. On the other hand, when I am disconnected from the internet(eg airplane mode), the offline content begins to play immediately. Why does Netflix take so much time to play offline content when it detects that the device has a working internet connection, I have zero idea. Please roll out a fruitful update. Offline user experience at present is awful.

    I don’t understand why the voice of downloaded file doesn’t works on mobile device as it should. Please try and fix it i use the downloaded files in metro trains and it doesn’t have the sound quality which can enter my ears. I need to start subtitles because of this. Thanks for the service.

    Try to develop zoom in option and forward video option also because it is showing only backward

    The app is great except there should be: 1. A 10 or 15 second fast forward feature 2. Pausing downloads option instead of just cancelling. 3. Please add new content. Half of the content is utter rubbish. The latest movies are available on Amazon prime but not on Netflix.
