    App is great but could use a fast forward button. They have a 10 second rewind, how about a 10 or 15 second fast forward?

    This app is great and I love the service but not having descriptions is a major downside. Subject headings is not enough. Really not impressed with the change. We shouldn’t have to use an outside website to figure out what a movie is about.

    I phoned customer service regarding an issue with my paid subscription . As a paying customer, i would have hoped for a resolution or at least kind service. I’ve cancelled my service due to unresolved issue- and very poor customer service. Some employees would benefit from some further training.

    I tried to watch a movie that I downloaded for offline. The volume is so quite I can barely hear anything. I cannot rely on subtitles either as the font is very small and I can't change it in the app. Finally, I could not even bring the movie to fill up more of my phone's screen (it's really narrow)! Really bad experience overall.

    They are taking off all of my favourite shows and movies. This is stupid there’s almost nothing good to watch anymore! Like they’re taking off bones, vampire diaries, just friends, etc!! Every almost every single one of my shows on my list are getting taken off. I would honestly cancel my subscription at this point if it weren’t my parents paying for it. If you get this your wasting your money!!!!!! 🤬😡🙄🤮👎👎👎

    I watch Netflix everyday and I’m getting more and more frustrated with tags. Not having plot summary really bothers me as I feel lost and not sure what i am watching. And this is the only place to voice my frustrations, as I don’t like to call or chat. There is no place for messages. I’m forced to rely on tv Netflix to read up on summary, where thankfully things haven’t changed for the worse. The plot summary is important for connection. So please bring it back. Or add both tags and summary. But summary is must. I use phone app for browsing movies.
