    I won’t comment on the content of the app because my problem wasn’t the content. I want to cancel it online and I followed the directions and noticed several months later that I was still getting billed. Then I went back online and followed the directions to cancel and every time it would boot me back the page explaining how to cancel the subscription. It’s been a complete waste of my money. Unless you’re sure you want this don’t buy it because who knows how long they’ll charge you for even thought you’ve attempted to cancel.

    Never liked working out or stuck to anything but this program is easy to follow along. The goals and app help keep me accountable and best of all I don’t have to go to the gym with BBG 1.0!

    Moving from a CrossFit gym to home workouts, I was pleasantly surprised at how challenging the BBG workouts actually are. I think the app is beautifully laid out and the workouts have great variety and progression through the 12 weeks.

    I am really enjoying this app. I love the chose of programming you can select from. Simple to follow moves. Week by week programs. App is easy to navigate.

    I’m doing the PWR and I absolutely love it. The app is super addictive! I would give it a 5 but there are a few glitches that are annoying at times. Worth the investment though for sure.

    SWEAT makes cross training fun. I can build core strength and train stabilizer muscles, and still have time to run. I love to run. Running is how I meditate. It’s how I manage stress; how I problem solve. So, when I sprain an ankle, I loose one of my major coping tools. Thanks for helping me find balance.
  • Doesn’t connect to Spotify

    You can’t use the in app music if you don’t have Apple Music and it doesn’t allow you to play Spotify in the background. As someone who doesn’t have music on my phone (that’s not downloaded from Spotify) this is a real piss off.
