    I always wanted to work out with discipline but always found excuses not to... But this app keeps be accountable, motivates me, I can see and feel the results. I think it’s important to follow the meal plans as close as you can if you want to see faster results. I just wish it had alternate exercises that aren’t SO hard on the knees. I’ve asked other trainers and people how to adjust certain exercises and I still sweat like crazy and see results.

    So far this app is great and i love it. There seems to be a bug with the calendar though and it isn’t registering all of my workouts which is very annoying :( hope you can look into it and fix it.
