    I love the variation of strength and fitness. Finally a program where I can do both. I’m able to lift heavy weight but also knock out 10 burpees like no ones business. I love the calendar feature because I can set up my week and change it when life changes and things don’t always go as planned. It also helps keep me on track!! Love this app!!

    I was skeptical about this based on some of the negative reviews I'd seen in the past about the subscription, but I use Kelsey's PWR program daily after trying some of the PWR based workouts on her insta. I love the visual and auditory cues between sets, and the program is well set up to plan weekly splits. I also love al the included workout playlists;I'm bad at this myself so the variety keeps me from having too many ear worms. If I could add anything it would be more meal guidance. I find the meal plan frustrating because I don't like a lot of the food (though I've earmarked some meals) and would like to see more guidance on how many cals/macros are generally needed to meet one's goals. I know this is complex, but one meal plan can't account for every person and their goals. I'd love a way to skip a pyramid set and return to it since sometimes I can't access equipment when I need it at the gym. I'd also like a preview mode as I like to check out what I'll be doing the next day. The app always asks if I'm sure I want to do a second workout when I do this. Finally, sometimes I start a workout by mistake and cancel it to add the warmup cardio from the beginning...the only options to tap in this case are that I'm quitting because the workout is too hard/easy, ran out of time, etc. if you could add an option for simply needing to restart that would be awesome. P.s: excited about the recent update and to start PWR 3.0!!!!
