The AllMyTribe smartphone app keeps everyone connected. It's the key to managing your family's Spacetalk devices, and it's beautifully simple to use. Quickly see the location of the children in your life, and a history of where they've been. Share location updates with the whole family. And best of all, every piece of data is securely stored on Australian servers. The AllMyTribe app features Safe Zones with fully configurable notifications. For example, the app can notify you when your child has arrived at school - or if they haven't arrived at school by a certain time, or leave school before class is over. Through the AllMyTribe app, you can manage and customise watch faces, view location history, change position update frequency and much more. You can also call or SMS your child on their Spacetalk watch, straight from the app. Download it today to unlock the potential of your Spacetalk watch and get your family connected. The AllMyTribe app requires an ongoing in-app subscription. Subscriptions cost AUD $5.99 per month to connect up to 2 Spacetalk devices to your AllMyTribe user account, or AUD $8.99 per month to connect up to 5 Spacetalk devices to your AllMyTribe user account. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected subscription plan.     I have recently bought it from JB Hifi. Subscribed to the service and have had constant issues with the app not sending information as it’s supposed to. I contacted customer service who asked me to reset the watch. Did that, and yet, problem persists. The CS said it’s a strange issue they will need to look into it. One month, no communication and then I reached out again. All I got from them was send it to us and we will look into it. I asked for unit to be replaced or get a refund since it didn’t work from first week(within 14 days) as per consumer laws. All I was told was to take it up with the merchant who sold it. Not a very good experience, given that as parents, we were hoping to be able to help this keep us notified of our little ones whereabouts.

    My son has a severe allergy to dairy (touch and ingestion). This watch gives him some much needed independence and gives me great comfort. I also love the school mode, where it can be simply a watch.

    My wife has Alzheimer’s disease. She tends to wander away then doesn’t have any idea where she is or how to get help. My son saw Space talk watches and purchased one for his daughter and one for my wife. The functions are great. We can keep track of our people and even talk to them if they get into a panic situation. A totally worth while investment.

    I bought two. I needed two email addresses which I don’t have. If I knew this I would not of purchased them. They are not charging properly. I check how they are attached to the charger and cannot see why their is a problem. All my daughters contact phone number were wiped off her watch for no reason. They lose their charge within hours of being at school even though I take away the functions during g school hours. The watch band has already broken on one watch I am pretty dissatisfied

    Was unaware I would have to pay a monthly app fee when I purchased watch. I would have thought the app would come as part of very high purchase price. Fitbit do not charge for theirs. Watch has broken where SIM card is held (only after having been worn for 3weeks) and therefor we have been unable to use. Expected much more for a watch with this price tag.
