This is the worst app ever, it’s a scam. I got it so that I can use it for my FedEx route & it caused lots of lost time and wrong sequences. It actually does opposite of it promises to do. Cancel my monthly dues please. I am deleting the app in 4,3,2,1

I’ve been using RoadWarrior for about 2 months now. Previously, I used Route4Me for about 4 years. For planning and managing Hot Shot courier schedules, RoadWarrior is a great improvement over anything else I’ve found. I only have one major complaint and a couple of minor annoyances with RoadWarrior. Since I’m driving hot shots, my route plan is constantly changing throughout the day. As new pickups and deliveries are dispatched, they need to be integrated with the unfinished work previously queued. RoadWarrior has some terrific tools that make re-optimizing or recalculating the plan easy and efficient; however, every time the optimize or calculate option is run, RoadWarrior loses its daily totals. In order to get a meaningful record of the entire day’s activity, I have to recreate the route as I actually drove it and then let RoadWarrior calculate the planned time and distances using the clean route. Apparently, the developers of the reporting features of RoadWarrior didn’t take into account the dynamic nature of planning hot shots and the need of drivers to have a daily record of their activities. One feature of RoadWarrior that puts it way ahead of Route4Me is the “drop stop” feature which allows conditioning one stop on completion of another. When optimizing the route, RoadWarrior takes into account that the driver needs to plan the pickup before the delivery. Unfortunately, RoadWarrior only provides for one stop contingent on a perquisite stop. In an example of planning a stop at a pharmacy to pickup multiple prescriptions to be delivered to different locations, only one of the deliveries can be conditioned on the pickup. The other deliveries have to be planned manually. With everything considered, RoadWarrior is much, much better for hot shot route planning than Route4Me or anything else I’ve found. Hopefully, the developers will continue to make improvement to it.

This is an app for me: Small business deliveries on occasion. I don’t need “team connectedness” and elaborate recording an reporting. I just want to enter a list of names and addresses, as complete a route efficiently. This app comes closest to my needs, yet capable for much more if needed. Thank you.

I work for FedEx, (which doesn’t have it’s on GPS system like Amazon) and this app is amazing! The ONLY TWO THING that will put this app over the top is to be able to color code the pens, and to be able to choose not to pass by a stop for round trip purposes. That’s it!
  • Great but needs improve.

This app is good, but could be better, as the following things: 1) increase the limit of stops, only 120 row can be add to get route plan. I am a deliver and I have around 200 stops/day. It is being hard to using the limitation (even I am user pro, monthly payment). Add as favorite is too much steps and not useful. 2) after get route plan by the app, could be a way to change the stops, because sometimes the accurate is not good, needs to have human knowledge regarding streets, way conversion, avenues that can’t turn left, etc. eg: if route plan give me stop number 20, maybe I can change for 26, because in my experience is the best route. Besides my consideration, it is the best app in its category so far. Tks

Not user friendly. Needed to route it out in the moment and couldn't. No instructions. Waste of time.
