  • Do not disturb

With the update the option to not receive any notification when you are not working has disappeared. That needs to be brought back so the app doesn’t blow up phone with banners and notifications when you are trying to enjoy a day off
  • Inline replies is a urgent need

    By vishnug533
App is great, but need updates. This app needs an update asap to make it easy to reply for particular messages (similar to what whatsapp has). It is very difficult to respond to specific messages in group conversations and leads chaos.
  • Notifications are killing this.

    By -Thisappblowswhales-
Notifications are what’s killing this app. Placing an exclamation icon on the users’ profile for not having every single notification setting enabled is ridiculous. I disabled the banner notification because it would insistently show one for every single message that was sent since the last time I had it open from my phone, completely disregarding the fact that I’ve already seen the messages from my desktop app (background sync is enabled on my phone). The badge icon doesn’t always update properly. Often it will show an icon, I’ll read the messages then minimize the app, only to still see the icon. So I switch back to the app and the messages I had just read, are now bold as if unread, and after a second or two, they will go back to being marked as read and the icon also goes away.
  • Separate app for messages

    It’s lame
  • Dumb

Having a separate app is really dumb. Please just make one app.
  • Love Workplace Chat!

I like that it’s separate from the regular Workplace app because it allows me to prioritize my messages over other notifications. It’s easy to use and access to my messages is quick and easy.
  • Ridiculous

    By ERoug
It is absolutely ridiculous that you have to download two apps for this to be truly useful. This causes us to have to take up more space on our already limited storage.
  • Love it

I use the app pretty heavily for work, basically it’s the key tool to communicate with my peers. I find the fact that it’s similar to messenger super helpful because it makes the experience very intuitive. The app doesn’t feel too business-y, but it does provide everything you need (group chats, video calling, document sharing, etc).
  • Useless

We can’t message anyone without a new app!!??? You have to be kidding!
  • Frustrating

Something isn’t working. It’s not loading my newsfeed fully. It stops after about 6 stories and ends.
