    So bad, it crashes all the time! Try adding time restrictions and see the nightmare it becomes. Its amazing that a company with so much capital has an app that is such a disaster. Its like no one took the time to use the app and do some real life testing before releasing it to their customers. You will expect that if you pay 500 dollars per month for their service they would at least try to give you quality tools to manage your account.

    This app allows for a lot of options that are great, BUT the app crashes WAY TOO MUCH to even be useful! So very annoying! Not a fan at all!

    I care much more about what objectionable content they’re seeing online than who they called and when. Verizon needs to include information on my end about when they’ve been blocked from online content due to the app. I can’t believe it’s not more straightforward for android devices to block inappropriate online content - it’s everywhere and it should be easy to put up blockers to prevent my kids from seeing it. Really, the phones should come with a way to set it up without an extra app.

    This app doesn’t work. Custom time restrictions were created that I didn’t create and they will not remove. Pure junk!
  • 911 Family Base Re-enable Defect

    New version still unable to re-enable Family Base restrictions from app after it's disabled whenever 911 is dialed from phone. This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!!! And on the Family Base dashboard website, you’re able to see Content Filtering and other options. The app shows none of that. Do you people even test the app before you push out the update?

    Hello this app needs to use blacklisting apps and a web content filter. If need be I can send over the xml code for all of these including many other restrictions

    For the last several days the app is not working correctly. I loved this app until now. Its not showing text messages at all and i know there has been messages sent and received. Please fix this so I have the app back that I love.

    So like many reviewers have pointed out, kids can delete the app from their phone. Also the VPN issue that the kids are running into at school with the school’s WiFi. They are not able to access the internet on their phones to do research etc due to the VPN block. Called Verizon IT.... no help on how to fix, went to the Verizon customer service at the Verizon store..... no help etc etc.
