    I want to buy the lifetime membership so badly because it’s clearly the better option and I know I will be using this app for much longer than a year or two but I don’t have the funds so for now I just use the monthly subscription but the way this app is intended and meant to be used is genius. clearly thought out,detail was put into the ability to analyze your thought process. Which is great for me because I am a huge over thinker and being able to detail out and have things able to be re-framed and restructured really helps me perceive all of the angles of a perceived problem. The chat room could use a little updating because there’s an incredible amount of lag but I would love to see them add in additional features as well. like being able to have a temporary friends list (like 3 keep it small) people that you meet through the chat rooms could be added on there and they could be your “mentor“ for a certain amount of time. That way people don’t start amassing huge friend lists like people do on Facebook. Or there needs to be a mentor bubble (I call the home screen the bubble screen) that allows you to directly message someone if you’re having an anxiety attack and need help faster than what the chat rooms can provide.

    I totally recommend this app. I use it everyday, and it reminds me to take care of myself and have a positive attitude. Each of the tools in this app are very helpful. My favorite one being the Hope board. I love to collect positive quotes and put them there. The community, to me, is the best part of this app. It makes me realize that I am not alone with my feelings. Everyone is very supportive there, and I love to share positivity in the community. This app is life changing. I have been using it everyday for 100 days straight and I’m very happy I found it. It really helps! And I also enjoy and appreciate that it is free to use, but I also have the option to upgrade it. Very thankful!

    I have been using this for a few weeks and wanted to provide some feedback about the audio processing. The Give Feedback button does nothing - it's disabled. Either a big oversight or a bad sign. The audio for the meditation a sounds like it's in mono. Super narrow sound field makes rainfall sound like it's coming through a hole in the wall, fine for the vocals but not for the "ambience"

    Incredibly thankful for finding this app. Have been using it for more than two years now, and it’s been so helpful in learning how to work through and manage my General Anxiety Disorder. Highly recommend Pacifica to anyone who is regularly challenged by anxiety, and who is willing to seek help in coping with the mental and physical affects of anxiety.

    Love the app, love the tools it gives me. Too many ad notifications though. I keep banners on so I’ll be reminded to check in “how are you feeling?” But apparently it means I have to suffer through Pacifica’s frequent promotional ads. I can only assume these go away if I start paying. It’s tedious. UPDATE: when I first wrote this, I was annoyed by the number of ads, but having tried a dozen other apps, it’s actually one of the least aggressive to push for paid features. Sorry, Pacifica! You’re cool!

    So I have been using it for three days now. It’s great It’s mediation, it’s journaling, it’s tracking my health. The only thing is I’m trying to buy premium so i can track more health things and it says it takes too long to refresh the store and won’t let me.
  • Seems great but some interface issues

    The app seems great, but there are some interface issues with the new iPhone. Some buttons are hard to access sometimes. For example, the search feature for feelings is pretty hard to access. It makes the app feel clunky and harder to use. It would be great to integrate faceID/TouchID instead of passcode. I would also love to see an Apple watch app, so you could record from the watch. I tried to leave feedback through the app but the mail bounced back twice! Right now the interface issues are holding me back from subscribing, the other ideas are nice to haves.

    I had a small issue with the app and emailed the support address for help. I very quickly (within 24 hours) received a reply from Chris. He helped me with my issue and couldn’t have been nicer. This is a great app with a great team. The free version lets you do almost everything without needing a subscription. However, the subscription is still worth every penny! Thank you Chris for being so helpful and for making such a great app!

    Never write these but yes. Wanted to give 5 but most of the best content is locked. The features available for free make basic access a teaser for purchased content BUT it still works if you use it as a daily mood check in. Using it basic makes the process quick/painless (vs full journaling). I quickly add tags from lists of adjectives. It does allow for journal entries, & eased me back into taking that time for myself, but really it’s it’s convenience that makes it. There are other free features that are great too. I like the inspiration “Hope” board - another clever way of tricking myself into thinking of things I like about me. Other similar features make purchasing a bit tempting tbh. Anyway. It’s a great daily helper.
