    Very good app wide selection for primarily hip hop listeners and also has a good selection for other genres. Sound quality is amazing. My only complaint is the noticeable shuffle algorithm. I have around 200 songs on one playlist and I hear the same songs over and over again and then theres songs that i havent heard in a while. I would like to suggest a search bar within playlists bc i have a lot of songs in my playlist and i try to scroll through it and its hard to find specific song

    I absolutely love the variety and selection. My husband, son and I share the account. Our only complaint is that if two of us are listening to music at the same time, it will pause one of us at the end of the track and make us press resume to continue. Then when we press resume, it will start the song back over from the beginning. That’s the only issue!

    It should be 1 star in ads it says free so I download it and I try playing the song and it says chose subscription I look at subscriptions $12 a month?!? Ridicules

Have had zero need to contact tech support so no idea if customer service has improved, hope so. I have the master account and have cancelled Pandora and Spotify. Keep up the good work Tidal... looking forward to one day being able to purchase your music. **** Update**** very poor customer service just cost you a premium account subscriber " Hello shocky This email confirms that you have cancelled your billing agreement with Aspiro AB. Sincerely, PayPal " *** Update**** heading in wrong direction Finally received response from your tech suppport, " problem of song repeating is an apple issue they will need to resolve..." So your telling me the $20 a month service I pay is useless if using an iPhone... but keep paying your subscription? Tidal, you've got a great thing here and you're blowing it !! Bankruptcy rumors projected for this summer true? *** original*** I'm ok with a reoccuring monthly fee of $20 for streaming quality music and to date, artist selection and quality of stream has been great. What I am not OK with is $20 a month for horrible customer service/support. Sent my bug complaint thru your system which assigned #507906 for a ticket number. Your iPhone app plays the same song over and over, one must fast forward current song to advance to next new song. Folks have been telling you about this for a couple of weeks now. Fix it and I'll add more stars to review.

    Had it for a year (thereabouts) now and I gotta say I never dreamed anything like this would be possible.....it’s like living in your own cd shop! On top of that it keeps getting better I have yet to try the mqa but a capable dac is on the shortlist.

    It’s in the Playlist. Title is like a personal Dj. It doesn’t matter the style of music or artist Tidals Playlist gets it right everything time. It makes listening to music exciting again.

    Ok, Tidal gets a lot right... sounds great, especially the MQA stuff ... closest to analog I’ve heard thus far (HiFi tier only)... I’d give their service 4 stars, it’s the app I give 3...the app misses because there’s no easy way to search when you are in offline mode, which is a must do when trying to make sure you don’t waste data downloading hi-res files! Need shuffle within artist, better playlist controls... maybe even a toggle for making sure it only downloads over WiFi? I don’t know, I like Tidal a lot, especially after my iTunes library was messed up due to its inherently flawed “matching” system... obviously there is no matching abilities with Tidal at all, the draw for me is having a separate rental app and having my iTunes library synced from my Mac Pro without “matching” deciding to match random tracks with different masters from the album a track is originally from or screwing up my cover art... anyway, the MQA and full resolution downloads make Tidal is very very realistic and tempting alternative for the long haul for music rental. Wish the desktop version allowed downloads for offline listening too... Random missing albums are an issue too... why certain albums aren’t available is odd especially if an artist is on Tidal and the album isn’t that old...

    Somehow my name and password were changed! I managed to have support tell me the when, but the fact that there is a potential security issue with Tidal has me avoiding this app now. I haven’t shared my Login with anyone, yet someone was able to get in. Isn’t there supposed to be authorized devices? I received no notifications or emails that I added anyone else, or that any changes were made to the account! The fact that there’s no support number to call someone during this time sensitive issue is unacceptable because of my credit card info being in there. I work in the Audio/Video industry and will no longer be using nor promoting Tidal to my clients. My Request #789308
