    I’m paying a subscription fee through iTunes for Acorn, but it won’t let me log in on my iPad. The content is first rate, but the company needs to fix the app.

    If you do get in and actually pick a show it stops about five minutes in and goes nowhere. Do not waste your time or money.

    I too find it difficult and frustrating to navigate Acorn TV through my Apple TV from my IPad Pro. Seems I must repeat sign in if I want to change programming or any other screen function within the App. Totally not an intuitive App.

    I cancelled several months ago but I see my credit card is still being charged. I enjoyed the dr. Martin series but now have seen all you have. Please correct this.

    All my other I tune apps that I purchase allow me to watch on my tv, phone & I-pad. This app requires me to purchase For my other devices. Very disappointing
  • Latest Update Ruined Casting

    Can no longer control casting to Chromcast after starting the video. I just get a black screen on the iPad.

    I like the content however the billing system is totally screwed up. I signed up using my credit card and am getting billed monthly on that card. Now we are getting billed via iTunes on my husband’s account which he never sanctioned. We’ve tried for two months to correct this. The help tickets are not helpful, just standard “simply go into the account you used to sign up.”

    I cannot sign in with my email and password. It keeps telling me that it is incorrect, even though I haven’t changed a thing. I deleted and reinstalled the app, hoping that would help. It didn’t. Then I thought I would try resetting my password, but it won’t let me do that either. I am completely locked out of the site. I am going to contact Apple and tell them to stop payment. I’m not going to pay for something I can’t use. I did have months of enjoyment from this app but not anymore.
