  • Was the best... before subscription!

    By Tim4HIM
I have used this app for about two years, and love the simplicity of the user interface! I also love the timeline which makes it easy to see how the day was spent. Very easy to be switch between tasks. There are a few things I could wish for, but no need to even mention them, because I will not be upgrading my old version. The reason: because of the exorbitant subscription fees!!! Who would pay such monthly fees!?🤯 I still use the older version of this app and love it, but I know that when I get a new phone, I will need to change to a different app(Because I refuse to pay the crazy subscription fees)! So I am checking out others right now! This app will be missed. Sorry to see it go the way it is going. It seems the developers are greedy, but I believe they are actually cutting their own throats. 🤑🤑🤑

Be careful. It took the money but didn’t create my account properly. Asked help but ignored.
  • Awesome watch app, fine phone app. Wish there were reporting/analytics tools and iPad app

    By podcoast
I used this app for > 1 year, almost daily. Main benefit is the smoothness. Most time tracking apps are too clunky to find the time to use, but the watch app and Today widget make it very easy to switch timers thoughtlessly. The only downside is the reporting. The in-app reporting is depressingly minimal - just a table with total hours for each tracker. The web reporting tools are pretty good, but not worth paying $100 / year in monthly subscription fees. And without the ability to analyze, there’s little point in time tracking. I was hoping that by spending this kind of money, we would see some nice new reporting features added to the app, but its been the same for years, and I cannot justify the expense anymore. Trends and graphs (which already are built into the online version) would make this app much more useful. Would be especially nice if these were included in a dedicated iPad app, too.
  • YES!!!

Update - after using it a day this app is solid and intuitive!! Happy I got the pro - the web reports creates my timesheet exactly as I need to enter it for my job So intuitive- I’ve yet to wonder how to do something- just poke and go. The iOS syncing with Watch is amazing!! So easy, so effective. ——- Super simple and totally effective!! In just 10 minutes I downloaded, reviewed the options, synced to my watch, changed my watch face to include Hours, set up timers and am using it!! I picked the Pro subscription because I like having the web version available when I’m working on my laptop. But the Watch is so easy to use i suspect I may not even use the web for timing — but I still like the reports as I have to ent my project time for work every week. Thank you for a great app!!!
  • Used to be better

I loved this app for the last 3 years or so. A recent version “upgrade” has made this app unusable. The way the app forces the user to restore archived timers is a total pain and makes the app unusable.
  • Nice App - Vendor? Not So Much

    By Virgil Brigman
This app has many great features and I used it for quite some time - that is until one day the vendor put most of the capabilities behind an overpriced paywall without telling anyone, basically “bricking” much of what I relied upon prior to that. I couldn’t even edit the pre-existing material. I was torn by this, however I am a firm believer that regardless of product quality, service orientation is paramount, and dare I say this seems to be a diminishing asset in many industries. I complained but it didn’t matter to them. Maybe if I was paying customer my complaints would have held water. But probably not. Company can do what it wants. Well, I can too - and I voted with my feet and now use another fantastic product. Don’t get me wrong - this is a highly featured product but you will have to pay to get it. The irony: I’d actually pay a flat one-time fee to operate the app locally, or a much, much smaller subscription fee.
  • Hijacked my data now can’t file my time

    By RABleakney
Wow - really! Even when they reverse their decision to charge- and they will - you can’t win back what Apps are built on .... the trust It was an okay App - but I was already using one that works and headed back to it ASAP. I now have the full month of April kidnapped by this team. A whole month! You can’t just erase/hijack data and refuse to show me what I have stored. STAY AWAY Note to Developer - your BOT response is just that- a non response. You spit out the same response to all -and did not address steeling my hours that I have been tracking for months now. I needed those hours. Glad to see that others are not buying your line.
  • Great App

VERY DISAPPOINTED that you decided to require a monthly subscription to continue to use this app! I would have paid a one time fee, but cannot justify an ongoing expense. Love the app, but I'm out.
  • Moving to subscription model + reduced functionality

    By The Henkenator
Between restricting use to two times and reducing functionality on the Apple Watch, this app has not gotten better since launch. Real shame, because it was a great interface!
  • Was an awesome app

    By edogie
It was an awesome app but they have slowly made the app worthless if you don’t subscribe to them
