  • Love It But Buggy

I love the She Reads Truth app, but recently, every time I try reading scripture from the app, it closes the app. Makes it difficult to actually read the Bible via the app lol. It would be great if that would get fixed!!
  • Better, but still needs work

Edit: with the most recent update I’m unable to open the Bible portion of the app. It crashes. 😔 Thank you for hearing the suggestions of bringing back the swipe to read different chapters and multi-select tool to mark readings as read! The problem now with the most recent update is that “read” readings don’t transfer between devices. Sometimes I read on my phone, sometimes I read on my iPad, and now when I go to one or the other it’s hard to keep up with what’s been read and what hasn’t... Also along with swiping to change chapters, it would be nice to be able to switch from chapters through the quick search. So if I’m in Psalm 23 and I want to go to Psalm 72 I don’t have to click Psalms again then click the chapter I want.. I could just click the chapter if that makes sense. I’d also love to one day be able to have my notes in my margins/be able to write in the margins with my Apple Pencil instead of having a separate place for my notes... I know that’s a lot of requests, and probably not easily doable, just some thoughts. Thank you for all you do!
  • Crashing

Every time I try to use the Bible or navigate through the app it crashes. Haves loved this app for years, but this is super frustrating and keeping me from being able to use the app.

This app is very hard to navigate and have no idea how to move around and it keeps crashing. It also does not holding my reading spots. I downloaded the app as I waited for-the She Reads Truth Bible I ordered to come. 😍 I will by faith keep this app and 🙏🏻 you get it all worked out. Comments here are for you to know how a new person sees the app 🌷 May the Lord use you all in ways you had never even thought of 😊
  • Work in progress

I don’t prefer the app either... When I miss a day during the week of the current study, they want my to buy the study to look back, I appreciate the flexibility to go back and catch-up which the online browser provides for free. Let me know if I’m doing something wrong
  • Need the app to turn landscape.

    By jesseniagodinez
For an iPad user like me, I usually begin my day with reading my study plans but sometimes I like to prop up my iPad. Although, I am not able to do so with this app which sometimes makes studying a bit difficult. Will there be an update on having the app turn to landscape for your readers?
  • Love the content miss the old app

    By Laura barberides
As other reviewers have commented, the content that SRT puts out is great. I originally downloaded it ~5 years ago as an alternative to youversion and was really pleased. It ran quickly, the design was beautiful and the devotions were edifying. I was excited when they announced they were launching a redesign but when they rolled it out I was pretty disappointed. It was glitchy and way less intuitive than the old version. When I read the Bible it doesn’t automatically take me back to where I left off. It takes much more navigating to get back to my place in the plan that I’m reading. And the biggest disappointment of all is the organization of my bookmarks and highlighted verses. They’re all lumped together and instead of organized by passages that I’ve highlighted each verse is separated by its own highlight so it takes forever to scroll through and find what I’m looking for. While the update is aesthetically pleasing it feels a little bit like a form over function update and I truly miss the old version even after all this time.

  • Give me the word!

The Bible part of the app isn’t working. It’s blacked out even after I updated it.
