  • Wonderful service

    By me-Dawnette
Thank you for this service. I’m just about to turn 65. I already have picked my supplement but I get bombarded by at least 6 calls per day. I currently take care of my disabled husband and 88 year old mother-in-law and the constant calls are interfering with my care times. Thanks for this service. Wish my landline had it also.

The developer overcharges my account several times. Fraudulent App.
  • System works but App won’t

App won’t let you turn on permissions requests. Customer service wasn’t able to provide any help or solve the problem.
  • Setup isn’t working

    By Amberrkaaay
I am trying to set up my phone and activate trapcall so it can work but I keep getting an error message saying “practice call unsuccessful” or “there may be a technical issue”. Also, when i signed up it said first week free and after would be charged, i already got charged when the app isnt even working properly for me to set it up. I’ve tried everything and it’s still not working. I followed all the steps and nothing. I get to the point where when trying to activate , it says to “start setup” and then call **004*17018011262# then it proceeds to the next step of “call me” which i do, i get an unknown call and i reject or by tapping my power button twice as it says to do. Then after that nothing happens and i get these error messages.

I downloaded this wanting to take advantage of the free trial stated in the description, but no free trial is offered and it tries to charge my account immediately. I deleted the app.

  • Renewed without My Approval

    By Ike9226
I subscribe and paid for the year in total. I went back in a few months later and set as do NOT automatically renew. Guess what, they took my money anyways. I asked for credit and disputed with PayPal. Thankfully, I used PayPal because if I had used my debit card, it would not be as easy. Be warned, they are not ethical.
