Worst app ever I paid to have ads removed and they were still there. Constantly closes out apps I’m using on my television. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP worst one I’ve ever experienced. Only reason I gave it one star was to get the warning posted

The app works, but it crashes every other time I push a button. It closes my Netflix when I close the app. It’s very buggy. Some people are overly hyping this app up. Just know that the app works but it’s extremely buggy. Also it’s riddled with ads unless you pay for the premium version. There are plenty of other, FREE, options that work just as good if not better. I’d pass on this app.

Wow! I can’t believe Samsung is so cheap. For what I paid and for a high end UHD TV like this, I expect way better quality with the apps, and they should be free. Do you WANT people to have a good experience using your TVs so that they recommend them to others? First, the remote that comes with the TV is junk. You can’t see it in the dark. Ever heard of LED backlighting? So I figured, no big deal. I’ll get the app. Except, the app is terrible too! First, you have to pay $7 to get rid of the pop up adds? Seriously, you cheap b*stards? Paying extra money for your TV in the store wasn’t enough? But then, even if you pay, the stupid thing loses it’s connection to the TV every 5 minutes so you have to reconnect. %$&@! My next TV will be a Vizeo again. Their remote, TV menu and apps are way more user friendly. In fact, you don’t have to even use their app to cast, it can be done directly from other apps like Netflix and Vudu. Oh, and they’re FREE.

I loved the idea of a remote on my phone, so I gave this a try. I was able to select my tv from my phone but when it came to pairing, I could not get any pair code to come up! What do I do?
  • Works well, wayyyy to many adds

The app works well when I’m not being forced to watch an add every 10 freaking seconds. You’d think a brand name like Samsung could afford to give people a free app to work with the well over $1000 tv we bought. Five dollars to just remove adds? Are you actually serious???? My Xbox has a FREE app to navigate the interface without being destroyed by adds. Come on Samsung, you’re better than this

When I first downloaded the app I loved it! But when it was deleted a few mins later,it didn’t work. That was super frustrating.
  • No option to block ads

The remote works great but every time you press a button you have to watch an add. I’d be happy to pay for an ad-free version but no where on the app is there and option! Add that and I’ll up the rating.
