  • Fix the new layout

Easy solution to get rid of all the hate. Don’t redesign it all because you’re obviously happy with how you butchered the best feature of the old layout Just add that screen back in as a tab. Then we don’t have to revert to the old one. (There is a way) Just give us a tab that shows our old favorites layout and a tab for the current and everything is still clickable to show. It’s a very very simple solution unless your app designer just isn’t any good. Then you’d have a problem with it. Bring us that tab back and I’ll sign back up for the 10 day forecast. I’m sure many others who have canceled like me will also.

This upgrade is terrible. Open snow was great because of the UX widget still. Now you just made it like a business corporation. Make it more user friendly
  • Hate the new update!

I used to love this app and lived by it! But honestly, I hate the new update. The UI is not as intuitive as before and I can no longer find things easily. Looks like I need to find a new snow app, which is so sad!
  • Great app!

Awesome app here with detailed forecasts by ski area. Much more accurate with snow totals than any weather app! Easy and intuitive interface, with constant improvements rolled out.
  • Bryan’s reports in Tahoe are great!

I really like reading your storm reports and forecasts. Keep up with the video forecasts too! They’re a great addition.
  • The new UI is The Homer?

New isn't always better. You guys hopefully had good intentions, but the result made the app annoying for me to use - I almost want to call it "The Homer". The only purpose I can see behind the change, was giving your UX team something to do...
  • The new interface is too confusing!

This new interface is not easy to see where the powder is going to be, it’s almost useless now.
  • For the gappers

Joel’s just making money off your stupidity. If you can’t uses noaa to track weather then this is the app for you. P.S. make sure your wearing your goggles correctly. #gapperjoel

I have been a religious user for the past 5 seasons. Used to live, eat, sleep, breathe opensnow. Recently updated to the new version. It is impossible to read and compare my favorite resorts side by side. Maybe im missing something here. But either collectively the app is trying to keep jerry’s off the hill or they are shooting themselves in the foot... either way dont download or update. App ruined until they revert to 2017-18 version.
