  • So helpful in the daily grind

    I have used this app for months, but I have been more consistent in the past few weeks. The meditation apps are brief, grounding, and easy to use. Even my 9yo has started asking to meditate with me. The daily check-in also helps me assess how I feel. The going to sleep meditation is one of my go-tos, as is the one that helps to ground & clear. I love the choice between different voices when I’m in various moods. Taking 2-10 minutes to regroup from the stress of daily life helps immensely—and this app makes it so easy and accessible. :)

    I've been experimenting with meditation for a while-most of the time, I just use the timer, but about 1/3 of the time I do guided meditations. This app fits my needs (even with the free version) much better than some of the others I tried.

    This app always help me feel calmer or better before school. All of the options you can choose from and the check-in system are amazing. There is always a meditation for me, and after the check-in it even gives me options on what might help. This app is for pretty much all ages, and I am so going to recommend it to my friend.

    Have tried every major meditation app and this is the best one for sure. It has enough free features to give you a proper taste and the guides are great. My one and only concern is that maybe the pricing should be in the range of $5-$8 a month.

    It was hard before to sit down and do meditation. With this app, I take time every day to do this in addition to my gratitude lists and daily reading. I feel more balance, gratitude and this has helped me immensely. Highly recommend this app!!

    Meditation shouldn’t just tell you to feel peaceful and calm. It should lead you into feeling peaceful and calm. That should be the end result not the beginning.

    Breath is good app for children who's got bulled you can use it for fun my personal favorite is grateful it is like a podcasts but giving you information to tell you how to be grateful. And you should try it out I'm serious it is good. I am eight years old and this really helped me out. Thank you 😊
