Tried to download it so I could take my courses on the go, but every time I try to use it, it says I have no classes. When I search for the classes, they error out and cannot display, then it crashes.
  • Not very compatible with iPads

Course forums show numerous complaints about incompatibility with iPads. I can see why. Submit buttons refuse to work. Formatting is sometimes corrupted. This creates significant anxiety when you can’t submit your lesion homework.

  • Learning to learn.

After retiring from 42 years of trucking, I have been writing. Little stuff, to be sure, but loving it! So I see a promo free class on my computer. Free. I will never be the same." Learning how to learn" only whetted my appetite for more larnin', so I took advantage of a free 7 day trial and am now almost finished with my 3rd writing course, and my writing has improved alogorithmically. Coursera has classes from Universities all around the world. Name a subject, and choose a course. Excel!
  • Had to pay for content I had no access to through the app.

After completing one course in a five course series, I was unable to access and complete the remaining courses through the app. This went on for 3 months and I continued to be charged the $79 monthly sub rate. When I asked for a 3 month credit, not a refund, just a credit to catch me back up to where I should have been, they refused.
