Loved the app but it won’t open anymore. Which is bad timing due to I wanted to show it to several people I’ve told about it and how much it has helped me. Any help would be much appreciated !
  • Crappy App with Worse Customer Service

    1

It was okay for nearly two weeks, and then the audio went out. Customer Service wrote me (duh) to check the volume on my iPad, although I had told them the audio on all my other apps was working fine. Then they advised deleting, reinstalling and logging on so that I wouldn’t lose the 13 training sessions I had completed. But the app claimed my log on email address “did not exist,” and I should contact customer support. They eventually confirmed that my email was indeed registered, but the app continued not to let me log on. Rinse, lather, repeat. Crickets from customer support. I canceled.
  • It’s good at first

Was good at first. Felt like I was improving. My eyes felt better. Then after a month or after I completed the initial it stopped measuring my progress. In fact mine has been the same since the first month. Why so much improvement at first and now none? Strange. Brought up to developers and was treated more like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
  • Painful

This app gives me very bad headaches every time I use it. I don’t know if it works, but I probably won’t keep it up long enough to find out. Training sessions are too long and I can’t complete them without feeling sick.
  • Stopped working

It stopped working during the week trial after the second day. Too early to tell if it was actually helpful, but it seemed to be.
  • Did Not WOrk For Me

I followed the directions for this program exactly, but the longer I used the program the worse that my reading vision became. Support was not help. Don't waste your time or money on this app!
  • Used after multifocal cataract surgery

I am in my mid 40s and had early onset cataracts. I had my lenses replaced with a multifocal lens. I found it very difficult to get use to the lenses. My daughter had vision therapy as a child and it was a success, so I thought I would give this a try. I appreciate that the ap doesn’t work on the eye muscles because me for that isn’t going to change with having artificial lenses. I used this ap right after surgery and it has been a really wonderful tool in adjusting to artificial lenses. Though I know the ap wasn’t designed for artificial lenses, it sure has made my ability to read with mine much better. AND compared to the cost of vision therapy in a doctors office? $10 a month is a drop in the bucket.

I have been using the app for three years. My ability to discern small fonts particularly in dim lighting has improved significantly with out the need for corrective lenses. At age 59 my vision has improved. I will continue to use Glasses Off
  • It Works.

The exercises are exhausting. Sometimes you fail them because you blink. But I am totally sure that I now see better. My improved eyesight is not yet consolidated. I still sometimes see blurry at short distances and then do a session of GlassesOff and recover the sharpness.
  • Why mess with brightness?

I tried to use the app in low light, with my brightness low. The app cranked the screen brightness to full, which was rather unpleasant for my eyes.
