  • Cool game

    By Dragonfly100
I really enjoy this game. I love the quests, though if I ever figure out how to “defeat this large army” I will feel victorious. However it’s a strategy game, and sooner or later I will figure it out. I wish I knew what the little numbers on the troops meant while they’re in battle. I can’t find that anywhere on the forums. For the guy that said that you need to make in app purchases, you’re wrong. You can if you want. You don’t need to. I think I’ve only made 2 small purchases and I’m having a blast. I’ve been playing for almost a year and I am looking forward to playing for several more years to come.

I've been playing the game for about nine months now. I haven't spent a dime of my own money and have reached the modern era. I would like thank all the people I have been playing with who have helped with guidance and assistance. Innogames have been great with any customer support I have needed. Continue to grow and advance all.

This game is very fun and addictive. Its a super fun game that takes u through all the eras of history. U can also learn a few things from it. For example im in the bronze age, and I researched the bronze age to learn more about it.

When opening the app, the game stays at 0% forever!
  • Poor Customer Support

    By MMVeee
Game is VERY expensive in a newer world and less so in an older world. More importantly, the game is designed in a way to cause mistakes. I accidentally picked up a wrong building with a prize (store building) that cost a lot of money to obtain ($200 to play a lottery-like feature to receive it). Customer service could not be bothered to help me pick up the correct building. They selectively help some customers and not others. I have a chat log of them helping someone who deleted a building last week (which does have a confirmation and is subject to less error than store building). Not sure why they singled me out not to be helpful with. My expectation is with the high fees, consistent help for human error would be in place - alternatively confirmations need to exist on game options (eg pick up buildings). In my case event logs easily would show I was an honest and paying customer who made an error. Disappointing - yet the guild I have left behind will be more disappointed as I was a core player in their team. Everyone only needs 1 good reason to quit the game due to the cost vs slowness- they gave me the good reason over this event. Response to developers. That is a laughable response. There is nothing “fair” about taking people’s money and then providing a bad UX design causing them to accidentally delete or make items unusable. Buyers beware- this is a scam.
