    This is a really great app. I use it on my cell, my desktop and my iPad in customers homes. I run a small plumbing company and this is really easy to use and has a ton of really cool features. The reports are a tad confusing but I’m sure I’ll get us d to them. Just having the ability to generate reports is awesome!

    This app is not only better but hands down the best at what you need it to do. It makes all the other software mumbo jumbo look crappy at a glance. I serviced in NYC and CA with this app by your side you never get lost or stuck on what to charge the customer. It’s website is also good for you to look at and see all your reports.

    HouseCall Pro has enabled us to go essentially paperless with complete functionality out in the field right from my phone. The app is incredibly intuitive and with the built in live chat feature any time I get stuck they are right there in real time to answer any questions I might have. After only one month I can't imagine working without it.

    Five stars don’t do this program justice. We went from concept to operations in less than three days with HCP, if you can imagine what you would want a program that manages your service business to do - HCP already does it -they not only thought of it they do it. Service and support is reminiscent of software companies that charge thousands of dollars, the kind of support with real people not just help files. So far a great experience and I product I highly recommend.

    I have two services businesses and I have used a another program with my other business that cost thousands dollars, It does what this program does but thousands less. The pro's: it does everything you need simply and is quickbooks compatible. The Con's , It's does not have an iPad App! , the phone app is ok if your eyes are good, but an old gizzard like me needs larger space to work with clients when signing and paying. I hope they come up with an iPad app soon!

    The recent version of the App is worse than before very slow freezes a lot need to close the App and restart. Very difficult to get in touch with support basically no voicemail nobody answered the phone We are very upset for the services for the price we pay
