    I started using this app in December 2016 after years of trying different workout excercises with no success. By the 3rd or 4th week of doing almost-daily workouts, my roommate noticed that I was already looking toned up. The goals that this app sets really motivated me to use it daily- I wanted to earn the free workouts! And I supposed that created the routine for me, so by the first month, my body was already asking me to work out- as opposed to the beginning, where I wanted to make up any excuse not to work out. By the 3rd month I had earned a shape that I hadn't seen in at least 10 years. I got toned up, lost weight, earned a lot of resistance, and even my mental health improved. Thank you to all the creators of seven minute workout app!

    This is a really good app that goes in 7 minute increments. Makes it go faster. And seem easier. Ha! I did 3 in a row to close my rings on my Apple Watch, but I was sweating profusely after the second one! Good stuff when you don’t have a lot of time and don’t have weights.

    The NY Times recently had an update on the 7 minute workout discussing modifications for older people, people with injuries, etc. I was once again interested in the workout and mistakenly downloaded this app. To be fair, it didn’t specifically say it had mods. But I am disgusted. Recommend starting with the free J & J app, will have to check it again because it didn’t have mods in the past.

    I have 4 kids so finding time to squeeze in a quick sweat can be challenging.i love this app because it allows me to do just that. As teensy as the dad bod is, I'd still like to avoid it :)

    This is first time I’ve liked a fitness app. I really like the exercise options for beginners and advanced. I love the option to have a picture or video of a person doing the actual exercise on the screen while I’m doing the exercise. It helps to ensure i have proper form! Also if you want to do more than 7 minutes you can choose to do more than 1 cycle of 7 minutes. No cons.
