  • Unable to get through passcode

Absolutely loved loved loved this application before. Now I am unable to get through the pass code section. You enter a four digit code and it allows you to access emails from work. Now I'm no longer able to enter a four digit code after my email needed updating. Have asked for help through app support but they say that unless it is a paid for program they do not assist. Sent an email through oh WA stating the same thing and have yet to receive support. This will go back to five stars once the application is working.

  • Shared calendars not working in OWA for iPad

Shared calendars work in the version for the iPhone, but not the version for the iPad. They don’t make particularly good use of the iPad form factor, and still require you to go to the three-button “home page” to switch between viewing the calendar, the mail, or contacts. I wish I could install OWA for iPhone instead of this junk.

After update the app is non-functional. Asked for additional pass code of 6 characters. But will not move past screen to do so. After deleting app and re-installing app doesn’t help the situation.
  • Use all the time

Always room for improvement in any app, but I use this for work email daily. Pleased.
  • Difficult to use

The OWA is just a difficult to use app. Not very well thought out and not intuitive to the iOS. I have to use it because it supports my Outlook360, othwewise I would stay far away from it.
  • Doesn't work with MS multifactor authentification

Used to be very useful until corporate policy started requiring MS multifactor authentification... Update urgently needed in order to be able to input verification code
  • Random Time Consuming Updates are Annoying

At random times, the software will check out and say is is updating the app and it may take a while. This goes on indefinitely with no indication as to when it will be done. This and other annoyances not worth the time to list makes this app not worth your time. Very poor product.
  • Seems to be incompatible with iPad Air1 and iOS 11

Since upgrading to iOS 11, I can’t get past the “passcode required” page. The “continue” button seems to be a dead link, touching it does not continue...this renders the app unusable. I’ve deleted the app and restarted the iPad to no avail.
