    Many sound psychology and dietary science tools. Easy to use but it acknowledges how hard it is to safely lose weight and then sustain it. I am down 10 lbs in 4&1/2 weeks. Very much worth the cost of $20 per week. Like all of life, you get what you pay for..

    This app has all the standard tools like food log and weight graph but it goes way beyond that by explaining the psychology and physiology of weight loss. It’s a realistic way to learn how to change your behavior to make lasting impact on your health. At last I feel supported in my efforts and not held to standards of perfection that make me feel like I’m failing. I believe I can do this and it’s working.

    I’m a RN with a Masters and I believe that fad diets, Keto, etc really not good for us. But I’m in my 5Os and have to work hard to trim down. Enter Noom... it makes sense, it’s evidence based and gets to the heart (or brain!) of eating: attitudes (and environments and other triggers). Food and weight tracking is key to this approach. I have set my sights on losing 12 pounds and I am 30% there! Can’t believe it because I don’t lose weight. But now I can.., and so can you!

    Noom was a great way to start my weight loss journey. I signed up for six months and lost 12 pounds. However, at the end of the six month period, I decided to go another route. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged for another six months without being warned. I contacted Noom the same day and they were only able to give me a partial refund. Be careful what you sign up for!
