  • Don’t do it

    By Humbled
The only thing that attracted me to this was the coach that encourages you and keeps you accountable. Come to find out they eventually told me I have an eating disorder and there’s nothing they can do to help. Bottom line, there are free versions of calorie and exercise trackers that are pretty much the same thing. Loosing weight is simple but not easy. These types of programs lead you to believe that if you pay them they can show you how easy it is. I know because I’ve paid for a few of them. The only thing that has ever worked for me is discipline and consistency. Never paying for something that there are plenty of feee options for. Super disappointed. I’d hope to be able to say something different about this program but I can’t.
  • So far...

I’m only a few weeks in and I haven’t tried too hard yet. But I lost a little weight. Hmm. I’d REALLY like the app to be written for IPad AND I’d like to log my own exercise. I don’t carry my phone so it’s not counting my steps.

Even if I didn’t lose weight it teaches nutrition on a whole new level. You learn without trying and remember because of the way it’s presented.
  • I love this healthy weight loss program

I have been using the Noom tools in the app for a little over four weeks and have lost almost ten pounds so far. The daily learning modules are fascinating and funny and it is so easy to find foods in their database for my food log. I feel so in control of my final journey to get back to my healthiest weight!! I also love that it syncs with my Apple watch steps and calories burned!
  • Surprise !

Let me start by saying I was very skeptical about this app one because it is pricey, but hey I decided to give the free trial a try. When I started the free trial I ended up losing 2 pounds that week. I read reviews that the coaches are robots and don’t help. let me tell you I don’t think they are robots and they do help with any questions you have. they do take a little bit long to respond but they do respond. This is my third week doing the program and I’ve lost 10 pounds I am super excited. So if you are ready to count your calories and be serious about losing weight this is for you pay the money and do it !!!
  • Disturbing

    By erinsmithy72
I was looking for an app to give me a lift-off in living healthier. I am already pretty petite (98 pds) but I don’t work out, or eat healthy and thought this would be a step on the right direction. I even selected in the survey that I didn’t want to lose weight. Yet your app told me my ideal weight was 57 POUNDS. Absolutely disgusting. I would die if I weighed this amount. Clearly still some things to be worked out in the algorithm. Especially since I said I didn’t want to lose weight. I would hate for anyone to think their ideal weight would be that of an 8 year old.

Noom has many great features, however I wish there was a way for me to make notes to myself each day, to log my thoughts and feelings as well as my food choices.
  • Not Nooming, you should!

If you hate dieting and want to learn how to eat like a person was meant to eat and drop unwanted pounds without regaining them, then welcome to Noom! Noom is a workable program that involves you in the process, teaches you about food, triggers, empowers you to control pretty much everything related to eating in your life.
  • Can’t Use/No Support

    By SYLC_CoachBren
Unfortunately I have to give one star. I signed up for this app and for some reason when I try to subscribe to a course, it says that I’m already subscribed but the course won’t actually start. It always looks as though I need to pay but when I click to pay it says I’ve paid. I emailed two weeks ago with no response. I’d love to actually use the app as I’ve heard great things... but if no one will respond from support I need to cancel. But I still need a refund from the month that was paid. So frustrating...

This is the best program I have ever been on. Not even only for weight loss but to help you rethink and understand what you are doing when you are eating/overeating. I am really internalizing what I am learning and it’s helping me to think before I dive! Fabulous!!
