  • Can’t log in anymore

    Such an inconsistent app. It’s a great, simple premise - you just read the newspaper on your iPad. But something seems to go wrong with it about once a week. My latest and most frustrating issue: From one day to the next, it just stopped allowing me to log in. No idea why. It just wouldn’t let me read the paper I’m paying for. Customer service was useless. I want to support the local paper, but they just make it so hard to do so.
  • Baaaaad...

    Why can’t the PB Post get an App developer that can produce a user friendly App❓❓‼️ Annoying changes to the ‘software’. Horrible changes to the words, such as splitting the words into nearly in-decipherable gibberish. Etc. Etc. Etc. Then the occasional demand to sign in with bad resetting of password .... 🤬🤬🤬 👎👎👎🤬🤬🤬 - - - - - - A month or so later.....still (!) annoying problems being ‘locked out’. 🤬🤬🤬
  • Ads and passwords

    The new version has blinking ads and is asking to enter my password every time I leave the page. Many times it says that my login is unsuccessful with the proper password. I try to support the company and good journalism by paying for a subscription for many years but this is becoming very difficult. Please fix this problem!

    It’s not a good app but you can read the paper when it does work. It doesn’t always download. It will go blank and send you off the page. It often asks for your log in info for no logical reason.
  • Doesn’t deliver

    I like PB Post and keeping up with local stories and events but this app simply makes it impossible. I had an older iPad and the previous version of this app used to unexpectedly quit all the time. I blamed my iPad. I got a new one a couple of years ago hoped that having more memory and faster processor would help. Nope. To add insult to injury they added adds that take up a portion of the bottom of the screen. So now you’re paying for an ePaper that already is full of adds and they add more. Almost makes me want to back to real ink on paper (but they always found a puddle to throw that in when I got that). Please fix this.
  • Crashes all the time

    The app crashes every time I try to zoom in on the color comics page, very annoying! If I click on an individual comic, it truncated the last panel. I hope someone fixes this soon!
  • Constantly crashing

    This is the WORST app I have used in a long time. It constantly crashes when you get past the local section. I sent them a comment about the issue. Have only heard a computer reply. You would think someone would care... Also, why am I getting adds on a subscription? I keep on questioning myself why do I pay for this. I think I made the last subscription payment to this paper
  • Why Ads?

    I'm already a paid subscriber so why are there ads on this app? Also, not seeing much of an improvement from the previous version which was poor. I find I'm reading other news apps rather than the Post more and more often. They're quicker, easier to load and navigate with way fewer glitches. Unless there's improvement in the immediate future I'll be cancelling this subscription. It's just not worth the aggravation or cost.
  • Terrible Update

    This is a paid subscriber service ap and you force a giant ad on the bottom of screen. The iPad has limited viewing area and now we have to deal with that. The section navigation is very week. The sections are not well separated out. No way to navigate to business section. I don’t mind change, as long as it’s for the better, this was not!!

    The app can only be used if you have a paid subscription. So in addition to ads in the paper HOW DARE YOU SERVE UP LIVE ADS on the screen? NOT ACCEPTABLE
