  • Missing 1 key feature

Yahoo doesn’t work well with the mail iOS app. You’ll get the email but you’ll have to refresh to get it or it takes a couple hours for you to get the push notification. The yahoo app needs a feature to change the notification sound/tone for incoming emails. It uses the same tone as other notifications so you can’t tell from the tone of you are getting an email. It’s 2019 yahoo, get with the times

I have been with Yahoo since I joined the internet years ago. You are my favorite. I don’t care for all the interruptions and advertising. Other than that. Thank you for your service.

Where’s the Apple Watch App, Yahoo?! Now I have to switch to g-mail so I can get mail notifications and access my mail on my Apple Watch. Not what I want to do. Your developers better get busy. For the time being I’ll cancel the Pro subscription. Of no use if I can’t work with Yahoo Mail on the watch at all.
  • Yahoo Account

Awful! Being with Yahoo, unsolicited junk mail has increased 98% over other email programs. How did that happen? Looks like Yahoo is too interested in commercial ad funding than providing a reliable email service to customers. It is enough to make me close my account. Boo Yahoo!
  • Yahoo won’t let me delete one of my accounts.

I have two emails that are joined into one. There’s no way for me to delete one of them that is flooding my inbox with spam emails?

iOS version of app keeps reloading old deleted emails. After reviewing and deleting emails if I don’t then empty the trash, when I go back into the app they are back in my inbox showing as unread, but not included in the count of new emails. Very irritating. Thinking about just linking my yahoo email into my gmail app.
  • Badge

Constantly I have a little red badge telling me I have unread emails. So I open the app. Nope, no unread emails. Exit the app, close it out completely, badge is still there. Open it again. Still no unread emails. Close it out completely again. After maybe the third or fourth time doing this the badge will go away. And this happens multiple times EVERY DAY! I think I’m going to go ahead and delete you and just use the mail app on the iPhone.
  • Almost perfect

It’s a pretty nice product actually and sure beats the IOS version of email. I have one recommendation however: the preview pane should most definitely show a date for the email. I tried to look at settings to see if this was an option but it didn’t exist unfortunately. Also it eats up 72% of battery. Very bad!
