I paid for an online subscription to the magazine and the website keeps crashing. I e-mailed customer service and even called and left a message. Really disappointed. This is how you lose customers.

I've cancelled my subscription due to the application failing to work and no support. I'll go back to paper copy since the digital version is unreliable but I still love the magazine.
  • Thank Heavens for this New Version of the TT app!

While I love this magazine for its pretty pictures, easy recipes, and all things tea, I hated the old app--which was totally nonsense! It didn't allow me to bookmark recipes or articles (what sense is there in that?) and required me to "flick" back and forth through issues, as through a stack of magazines, for the one desired. So if I wanted to revisit a Holiday issue from two years ago I had to flick, flick, flick on back--and hope I was flicking in the right direction to go back, as sometimes those flicks took me forward rather than back. It was confusing and irritating and made me consider giving up the magazine. But, THANK YOU! No more of that nonsense! This new version of the app is comprehensive and makes total sense (though I wonder what took TeaTime so long to switch). Now I'm offered windows of "all issues" and "special issues" and "my issues." So I can see what issues I do have, do not have, and download those I want. I can also easily jump right to whatever issue I like. Prior Holiday issues for holiday ideas, for example, rather than searching. AND once more I can bookmark favorite recipes and articles. Good on you, Tea Time (and about time!). This is what I expect and want from a digital magazine.
