  • FRUSTRATING

I absolutely LOVE this app however, I haven’t received a single notification since signing up for Supermassive! I have reached out to the company via email on 3 separate occasions to see if I can get some help and haven’t received a single reply. I eventually unsubscribed from supermassive (would like to redownload again if I can get some help) because I found it frustrating that I was paying for it and not receiving notifications. I would receive notifications before signing up for Supermassive and I have always had my notifications turned on. Please help

Now I know where I is. Can’t believe this app isn’t more popular. It’s great and the music is so good you won’t want to stop staring deep into the night.

While looking at the sun the sky view shows the sun in a different place with the camera on. How do I fix?

  • Location is completely off

I’ve had this app for a few years & in the beginning it was very accurate & awesome. It still is very cool but for almost the last year the location is all out of wack. I’ve tried restarting it & keeping it updated but it doesn’t seem to fix. Really upsetting because it’s almost pointless to use the app if it can’t even tell you what you’re looking at..
  • Super awesomeness!
