Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.     They need to put in something like Universal’s. Spent freakin forever in lines. Can’t see much of the park in line.

    For this to be touted as my key to the happiest place on earth, it’s pretty unfortunate that I can’t use it. The app crashes every time I open it (after logging in.... again). It works if, and only if, I want to check ride wait times, but if I want to look at fastpasses, or view anything to do with our reservations or itinerary it completely freezes. FYI, I have found that the Disney website has a MDE section that works decently, so there is a work around for our trip, but come on Disney.... I’m one of about a billion spending $10k (or more) on a vacation to come there this summer. The technology is available, and Lord knows you have the funds. Fix this garbage app.

    The “newest” downloadable version lags when just trying to view fastpass selections and times out. The previous version before updates was better.

    Great app and a real joy to use. However seems to freeze up each time I open it (after going through a couple of screens). I generally have to force close the app and open it back up to continue using. Kind of a bummer. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

    We can expect the media and comedians to make fun of the office of the president. But one doe not expects such disrespect from the so called cast of Disney. While watching a street performance in Hollywood Studios one of the comedians in the officer Peabody group made fun of our president. This type of behavior is below Disney.     App locks up during refresh on my plans screen on iPhone X. Need to force close and try again. Seems like an iPhone X issue.

    After waiting in line for 35 minutes show was canceled due to technical difficulties. I know it couldn’t be helped but it was extremely difficult for my husband & myself. We are not going to be able to stay & do a later show which is disappointing.
