If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts.   • Useful, when it works

    This app is extremely useful in adding fast pass and ordering food. The problem? It crashes sometimes 10x plus on open for no apparent reason. I have it installed on both my wife's iPhone 8 plus and my iPhone XS and the issue is the same on both devices. Sometimes restarting the phones fixes it... For one open. Clearly there is some software issue that hasn't been resolved. I recommend having the app developers go into the park during a normal day so they can experience the bugs first hand. The plus? If you can get the app to open, adding fastpass is a breeze and mobile ordering food is awesome. It's just frustrating to get those screens to pull up!
  • Problem purchasing tickets online

    I have problem with purchasing the tickets online, checked with my local bank and they say they have not yet received any transactions from Walt Disney. So I really don’t know what the problem is. Does Disney dont accept online transactions made from Brunei? Or what I dont know. Feeling very frustated with these errors knowing that we will be flying to Orlando very very soon. 😒

    If this app did everything it was supposed to do, it would be fantastic. But it crashes, freezes and is unreliable. Which is a shame because Disney wants you to use it for everything. When it does work, it is incredibly slow. I'm disappointed.
