If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts.     This is one of the worst, most unreliable apps I’ve ever used. It is slow and more than half the time doesn’t complete it’s function. We love Disney World, have a DVC membership and go at least once a year. For a company that is so efficient about so many things, I’m shocked that they can’t get this app worked out. It’s been like this for the last 3 years and I’ve always assumed it would be better the next time. Not yet!!

    For all the money charged to come to the parks it is a disgrace with the lines. Can do maybe a few things in a day. Waiting in a 2 1/2 hours, maybe some good fans, some air conditioning, Vegas does it. So all about the buck. We are not cheap, just like getting what we pay for. Disney cheats people. I know you don’t care , it’s all about the bottom line. And the restaurants are not top shelf. Disappointed

    I’ve had this app since the beginning and there is always an issue. Current issue is fast passes won’t link with my friends pass. We’ve used this feature many times in the past but it’s not working. Very frustrating!

    I changed the date of the ticket. It the fast pass dates didn’t change. It doesn’t explain how to update it and I don’t know what it means to “reassign” a ticket.

    We got here at 9:30 and are just getting into the park on the first ride. Upon entering the park we waited in line in partial sun with no fans or misters.

    Lots of good ideas, poor implementation. Honestly, I don’t think the human interface could be any worse if they tried. And it couldn’t be any slower. There are other apps available with much better human interfaces. The other apps don’t “automatically” keep track of your reservations, but this app is so unreliable that carving your reservations into a stone tablet is a better option. It’s obvious that too much time and effort has gone into making the app pretty than making it useful and reliable. Really Disney, stop putting so much emphasis on creativity, and put some more into utility. Take a look at the “Magic Guide” app to see what a good human interface might look like. This is a re-review. It’s hard to believe, but they found more ways to make the app worthless. At least 50% of the time I get a not working now try again later message. Come on Disney let the 5th grade Russian kids go, and hire some software engineers!
