I never leave reviews but this app is honestly atrocious. God knows how a massive corporation like AT&T can leave their business customers with an app my elementary schooler could make. Half the time it doesn’t work at all, or will stop working halfway through a payment. It has a primitive design and extremely limited features. The only reason I still have it is because the Premier interface is just as terrible and difficult to navigate.

A stunningly terrible piece of trash. This is the kind of work people should get fired for. A truly remarkable underachievement. The name of this app should be titled “Customer Repellent”. It will let you down every opportunity that it gets. AT&T, we get the message loud and clear. You don’t like customers and you’re doing all you can to keep that stock price from rising. This app has more bugs than a New York City basement. You have let me down more than my dad the day we went out for cigarettes and never came back. I look forward to checking in now and again and finding out how you made this app worse. -Ryan

Since day one that I tried this app, no good. Always shutting down mid session. Impossible to log back in!

Slow, crashes, error messages you name it, it will happen, faster and easier to mail the payment, or wait for the bill to see details.
  • Awful!

Switched from Verizon less than a month ago. My in store experience was awesome....but since then, wow. I’m shocked at the how unhelpful and in some cases unknowledgeable customer service has been. Then this! I cannot believe a company of this size and financial strength offers this to their business customers. Flat out awful.
  • Honestly feels like Web 1.0

Is this the first website ever made? Feels like it. Clunky to say the least, and why is everything separated to such an extent? Click a button to see usage. Click another button after that button to see usage on another device. Why not put them all on one place? I would have expected a company like AT&T with infinite resources to develop an elegant app. This... I would have expected from Sprint or Boost Mobile. Last complaint- why not use Face ID like all my other apps that would otherwise ask for a password? Please don’t make me manually type in my PIN and phone number. Every. Time. I. Log. In. Ugh.
  • Outdated interface but gets the job done

Even though the app looks like it was built to run on iOS 1, it still able to get most tasks done without interacting with a rep. For anything that the app can't do, the text chat is present and through it was able to get a rep to take care of my issue.
