myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their iPhone and iPad devices. With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including: -Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method -Schedule Future Dated Payments -Setup or manage AutoPay -Reset Voicemail Password -Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations -Create or reset Custom End User PIN -View Usage including Mobile Share Usage -Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also - View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available) -Change Rate Plans -Add International Features -Suspend Data for an end user -Update SIM/IME -View Usage for the entire account You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.

  • Totally Useless!

    This has got to be the worst app I have ever used. You cannot even pay your bill without getting kicked out of the process. You have to take the time to provide your payment information (app will not save for future use) only to have the app reset and start the process over. I contacted AT&T about the issue and was told they are aware and working on it. This has been over a year now. No updates, no improvements, no nothing. Contacted AT&T again this month only to get the same run around. Come on AT&T let’s get your act together! This looks really bad to a business owner like myself!

    This is the most pathetic excuse for an app. Apparently the company isn’t much better since it has been this way for over a year and they have done nothing to fix it. Every time I log in to pay our business phone account, I get to the payment screen ready to submit and it crashes! AT&T needs to get with the times and update this app.

    This app is pointless - I would never recommend this! Actually ATT should be ashamed for coming out with an app that does absolutely nothing! You would think the app is designed to make things easier and more convenient, but it's more of a hassle and does have any intelligence. My little nephews can design a better app than this! And then the chat team is essentially MIA. OMG! Very innovative ATT- (NOT)

    Are you serious AT&T??? Get your act together! This app is complete BS! The interface looks is reminiscent of technology in the 90’s. I haven’t seen an app look like this since. There are too many defects to list, but if you’re into forcing yourself to learn patience, just try to pay your bill. Thanks for a huge waste of time. I’m honestly strongly considering taking my business to another company due to AT&T’s insistence on being so user unfriendly. I expect a LOT more from a business this large and this EXPENSIVE. P.S. whoever wrote the 5star review must’ve been paid to do so. That or this is the first app they’ve ever seen on the first phone they’ve ever had. And it’s a flip phone. 😒 Don’t believe the hype.
  • App closes out continually, not usable

    When we first changed to AT&T I was able to pay my bills with this app. After about two months it would crash every time I try to do anything with it. Can’t pay bills on it. Crashes in the middle. Can’t use any of it. I deleted the app & reloaded. Didn’t help. Frustrating.
