myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their iPhone and iPad devices. With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including: -Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method -Schedule Future Dated Payments -Setup or manage AutoPay -Reset Voicemail Password -Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations -Create or reset Custom End User PIN -View Usage including Mobile Share Usage -Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also - View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available) -Change Rate Plans -Add International Features -Suspend Data for an end user -Update SIM/IME -View Usage for the entire account You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.

    Has this app been changed at all in the last 10 years ? It barely works, and it’s better to just go online to the website instead of using this app ! I don’t know why they don’t update this app so that it’s more like the My AT&T regular app. It could at least be updated to work with face id.

    Just wooow. I mean really wooow! Why do you do this to yourself? Why don’t u just remove this app and let us use ur stupid online login instead! The app reminds me of atari age with super limited functionalities. Its a forgotten app for business owners who have busily wireless lines. I am just switching to version bc of the app. I want to manage my lines on the go , be able to add/remove features, see my balance, see my usage and etc., but the app is so horrible that im upset wasting my time writing the review. There is no suggestion how to make the app better, there is no hope! There is nothing but a sad ending for Att business app! Just die and never re launch another business app! Hopeless!

    I don’t know where to start! Can’t pay your bill, doesn’t allow you to see the full account, constantly kicks you out and everything else others have said. This app is totally useless unless their intent was to make you sign up for automatic billing. Success!

    I can’t believe that a company as large as ATT has such an awful app. In a year, I have never been able to pay a bill without logging in more than two times. If you try the second time, you are lucky if the app even opens.

    I can’t seem to pay my bill it keeps logging me out and to top it off the app is super slow a lot of the options keep failing at times

    The app looks like it was designed by a preschooler. It does absolutely nothing to help you. AT&T, take a look at Verizon’s app for pointers. Good grief.
