myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their iPhone and iPad devices. With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including: -Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method -Schedule Future Dated Payments -Setup or manage AutoPay -Reset Voicemail Password -Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations -Create or reset Custom End User PIN -View Usage including Mobile Share Usage -Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also - View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available) -Change Rate Plans -Add International Features -Suspend Data for an end user -Update SIM/IME -View Usage for the entire account You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.

    Please update this app It consistently freezes when I’m logging in to make a payment. For the amount of money I pay for this service it should not be this difficult. There was a time when AT&T was known for a certain type of quality & customer service. Being a former employee I expect more from this Telecom Giant

    Wanted to check my bill. This has a drop down for Bill History... Couldn't be done. Called support, suggested I delete then restore the app. Did that, nothing changed. Just deleted it now. I found it worthless for what I need.
  • Hands down THE ABSOLUTE WORST APP ON MY PHONE

    How is it possible that one of the largest communication companies in THE WORLD has the worst app on my phone?!? When you log into the app there are 5 buttons to choose from. All you can do is choose one. Once that info in that button pops up, you are NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ELSE. If you choose from the next list of options, you will be logged out 😳. Over and over again. I have deleted this app and reinstalled, updated when needed, rebooted the phone. NOTHING WORKS, THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. Do not waste your phone memory on it.

    This app needs serious update, I wish that the salesman at ATT would have sold me a regular account and not a “Business” account. This app is so bad, it is glitchy/laggy on my iPhone 8. That is if I can get the app to even open without breaking. I want to look at my account and billing on a consistent basis and not when/if I can get the app to work. New app or update please. How does a Business like ATT have such a trashy app.. garbage app.. please update this trash of an app!!!

    As a business owner I would love to give this app a zero star rating! It continually hangs up (white screen) when I try to navigate anywhere within the app on my iPhone. I’ve deleted the app and re loaded without any improvements. What a waste of time!
  • Literally doesnt work 75% of the time

    Its really annoying that I have this app because I NEED it and not because I want it. Just because I have it either way doesnt mean you should not fix your app. I will log in, try to pay my bill and the screen will literally just go blank and boot back to the login screen, which if you try to re log in there goes to a white screen of death and you have to force restart the whole app. Second of all, besides having to try 10 times to pay my bill, the fact that were even on a business plan when we should be on a personal plan is due to your shady sales reps. Ridiculous.

    Why even both having this app on the app store at@t?? You have nothing to do with it! It hasnt even been updated for the larger screens! That tells you right there how long its been since its been updated... pretty sad, pretty sad.

    Just reinstalled this app, and it keeps locking up, which is why I deleted it last year... Apparently AT&T isn’t paying any attention to this app or the customers trying to use it.
