myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their iPhone and iPad devices. With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including: -Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method -Schedule Future Dated Payments -Setup or manage AutoPay -Reset Voicemail Password -Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations -Create or reset Custom End User PIN -View Usage including Mobile Share Usage -Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also - View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available) -Change Rate Plans -Add International Features -Suspend Data for an end user -Update SIM/IME -View Usage for the entire account You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.

    This app is VERY OUTDATED. Needs a major uhaul for DESIGN and usability ..clearly they only care about the regular app not business users . Usability on this app is garbage . Use a computer and go to the website you can’t even view all your lines unless u pull up a statement . So bad I feel embarrassed just being their customer

    When you think it’s for business you would think this would be top of the line but I was so wrong about it. This is so outdated and worst business App ever. User not friendly at all. There is no comparison to MyAT&T APP for regular customers. AT&T need to come up way better APP for their business customers.

    I’ve never seen such a stupid app lack of features and even the available features are useless and not working, after 7 months from the release date of iPhone X this app still doesn’t support the full screen. If you have business account with AT&T don’t bother yourself and download this app go call and wait minutes for the customer service better than hoping that this app gonna help you

    This app is horrible. Everytime I try to pay my bill it kicks me out and send me back to the login screen. The app is slow and out dated. Not what you would expect from a technology company. I called and created trouble tickets and nothing gets done. Disappointed for sure!

    If I could give -5, I most definitely would. The worst, glitchiest app I have ever used, what a joke for such a huge company as ATT. The only reason why I still have it is the convenience of paying my bill quick, that’s actually the only thing it does, they’re so quick to take our money, but nothing else works. I can never ever see or use any other options in the app. Such a waste.
