RFinder (Repeater Finder), the premier Ham Radio repeater locating tool for Amateur Radio operators, allows you to find repeaters all over the world based on your current location or a specified location. It allows sorting by distance or by Trustee callsign as well as filtering by band and radius in miles or kilometers. NOW RFinder Routing is integrated with RT Systems radio programmers! Your subscription bought here by installing this app gives you access in RT...just make sure RT is updated to the latest version by pressing Help-Update. Click File-External Data->RFinder Web Search and click Route! Easy as pie to program your radio now for a trip you are taking with just a few easy clicks...check out the tutorial video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaeRzcnNNdQ NOW INCLUDES SOCIAL FUNCTIONS!!!! You can also let your friends on Facebook® know what repeater you are on as well as your Twitter® followers, when checking in. NOW INTEGRATED WITH THE EchoLink APP!! From the repeater detail screen, any repeater that has an Echolink node attached just touch the number and if you have the EchoLink app installed it will launch to that node automatically for you. Our repeater locator database is growing daily. Access to the Directory is included for one year then it will be an annual subscription for $9.99, and your subscription works for all platforms.... Each purchase of a new platform advances your annual to a year from that new purchase date. Sub If we do not have your repeaters listed...please do not refund or give us a bad rating...add repeaters at http://add.rfinder.net or request an add or update from the app.. Don't forget LAT/LON (in decimal), use periods as decimals, please. The application accesses our Worldwide Repeater Directory and scanner directory for Amateur Radio (Ham Radio) but only stores information for repeaters within approximately 80 miles (125 km) from your location on your handheld at any one time, saving you room on your device and allowing distance calculation and mapping features to operate smoothly. It uses geolocation either via cell tower triangulation, GPS or manual location entry (so you can look up the repeaters you will use on vacation or business trips, etc.). If anyone has lists of Amateur Radio repeaters from their countries we would love to incorporate that into our database. Worldwide IRLP and Echolink nodes. © ITWeRKS 2011

This is new ARRL goto? I entered my home zip code in CLE, tell it 20 miles and get stuff in Germany, Daqing China, North Dakota, Guayama PR Cadiz Spain in the same 2 meter Fm export? No better on the web version on desktop! Could not be more disappointed. I wish App Store gave refunds!
  • An Essential Tool For Ham Repeater Users

I have been using Rfinder for several years. It has replaced all of the apps, websites, books, and lists that I had previously used for finding repeaters. The filtering, sorting, and mapping features have spoiled me. If you are a ham and use repeaters you should really give this app a try.
  • Easy to use and 5-star support.

I’ve used this App for a couple of years and it meets its utility value. Then I discovered the link to RT Systems which I use to manage my radios memory. Even better I can now do route planning. In South Carolina this is a fantastic feature as the repeater system supports statewide linking on weekends; I can contact someone in Charleston from the upstate while in route. I recently changed my email address during renewal, which I initially dreaded because it deals with registration and account management. On top dealing with some In-app renewal idiosyncrasies related to PayPal and Apple. I was delightfully surprised with the quick and complete resolution. Email response was not just within 48 hours; the problem was understood, investigated and closed in less than 2 days—and I never had to go beyond my initial email to “support.” I wish the same could be said for other apps.
  • Useless since doesn’t work offline

If you have internet then this works decent, but in a disaster situation this is useless. Instead of developing these features a good option would be to link up with the app Gaia and have a RFinder later in there
  • Ver 6.17.38 doesn’t work

Tried to load on iPhone and iPad. They don’t work. Called and talked to developer, they agreed there was a problem. Promised fix a week ago, but didn’t happen. Called for status updates several times but no feedback. Nice people, but short on delivery. Web site version works well, which is a sort of patch till they fix the missing buttons needed to get the iOS version working.
  • Outdated Info

I was referred to this app by ARRL.org but its database is horribly outdated. Actually, worse than outdated, as it does not show a coordinated repeater near me that has been around for 40 years. And to top it off, nothing happened when I tapped the app Menu button. W1MJ
  • Best Repeater app out, Great customer service.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say I did try out RFinder for the free trial period for the 30 days and was very impressed by the appearance, lay out and function of it. So after doing this and comparing it to another repeater app I already had installed, I will say this was a free app, but sometimes free is not always a good thing. Now customer service is another reason, after purchasing I messed up with registration and messed things up but with a quick e-mail Bob had it fixed and running as it should in short order. Great app, good price, FANTASTIC customer service. Bob, Thanks again for your help in my mistake and most of all for RFinder. Donnie/ N3DTG.73’s
  • Terrible, how could ARRL recommend this

No zero stars? Entered my location, it came up with my lat Lon and correct grid, FN12wb, then proceeded to tell me the closet repeater was an N7xxx in Casper Wyoming!! I fiddled with this for several days and have yet to get a correct repeater list for my area. Total waste of money!
  • It’s got potential, but...

It’s got a lot of errors. I’m in Lutz FL, I set it for 30 mile range, 2M/70cm and FM only. It came back a few local repeaters and it had my location correct, but included repeaters from as far away as Cheyenne WY. It also included several DMR repeaters.
  • Not sure it’s worth the money

I travel a bit and the repeater list here never seems to be accurate. It shows repeaters that aren’t operational any more and quite often is missing details like PL tones.
