Condé Nast Traveller Magazine App Reviews

  • Doesn’t work on iPhone X

    By Nickenamednick
I subscribed for print and digital after seeing an ad on instagram. After paying for the two year subscription I find out that the digital version through the app is only viewable through the iPad store. The only way to access issues via iPhone X is to buy the issues individually. Here’s to hoping there is an update that will allow me to use the whole subscription I paid for.
  • Pretty much worthless

    By McWett
I have spent too many hours trying to register and view magazines online. It refuses to recognize my account number or last name. Going to let my subscription expire.
  • Terrible

    By LindaPrimomo
The new issue doesn’t show up, unless you search for the “other” Condé Nast.....and it’s impossible to sign into. Extremely frustrating.
  • Mobile app doesn't work

    By Josie411
Terrible instruction for setting the account on mobile app. ID and password won't work. Emailed help desk and got a response that they are located in UK and cannot help US customers. Basically wasted my money.
  • Search function is a failure

    By Acentas
It doesn't return any results even when the the search term is the topic of the cover story.
  • Great Resource

  • App Crashes

The app is constantly crashing. Can you please fix it??? Thank u
  • Not very good

    By WadeFL
You're basically just paying for images of the actual magazine pages, not something that is actually optimized for viewing on mobile devices. This is especially problematic for iPhones. Zooming still leaves the text too small to read comfortably without having to scroll from side to side as you read. And by far THE most ads I've ever seen in an app that I've spent money on. Wow.
  • Good

You can buy all the released issues except you can't find the: 24 issues subscribe for £47.88
  • Doesn't work

    By E5trella333
Horrible app- relationship between this and pixelmag is not explained, cannot read after subscribing and confirming (several times- I hope I am not charged for every time I confirmed)- even after signing up for pixelmag- whatever that is- still does not work. Someone needs to either fix this app (if that's the issue) or the interface so that it makes sense. What a waste of time.
