  • Waste of time -- doesn't work

    Agreeing with others, I subscribe to the print version and the publisher wants me to use the digital version. First, the app does not work like the instructions they sent me, so I can't even log on, second, the customer service is worthless. Been through this twice and I am no idiot, so if any of this sounds familiar then I recommend that you not waste of time.
  • Worked Fabulously

    I read all the negative reviews and then went ahead and downloaded the app anyway. I had no trouble with this app whatsoever and am now wondering what all the fuss was about! I wished to subscribe to Condé Nast Traveller magazine. I did an online search for the magazine subscription department. I came across two options: I could subscribe to the printed magazine edition or I could subscribe to the digital magazine. I prefer print, but the cost of this UK magazine to be delivered to me in the USA was prohibitive. Also please note I do NOT want the USA version of the magazine, as it focuses on destinations which Americans prefer. The digital edition was quite within my budget, so I downloaded the app. Once downloaded I had the option to purchase each magazine individually or to subscribe. I chose to subscribe for one year and achieved this by using my thumbprint. Easy as pie!
  • Can’t access my subscription

    Is this app only for UK? The customer care email address is a UK address. Also, my magazine spells Traveler with one “L” and this app spells it with two “L”s. I kept entering my account number and last name right off the mailing label and it could not verify my account. Frustrating waste of time.
  • Poor customer support and sign up process

    I signed up with an instagram deal. Login websites kept returning errors. Finally call customer service and find out I won’t have access for 2 months to digital content. They said there is nothing that can be done. Ridiculous. Got a refund
  • Doesn’t work on iPhone X

    I subscribed for print and digital after seeing an ad on instagram. After paying for the two year subscription I find out that the digital version through the app is only viewable through the iPad store. The only way to access issues via iPhone X is to buy the issues individually. Here’s to hoping there is an update that will allow me to use the whole subscription I paid for.
  • Pretty much worthless

    I have spent too many hours trying to register and view magazines online. It refuses to recognize my account number or last name. Going to let my subscription expire.

    The new issue doesn’t show up, unless you search for the “other” Condé Nast.....and it’s impossible to sign into. Extremely frustrating.
  • Mobile app doesn't work

    Terrible instruction for setting the account on mobile app. ID and password won't work. Emailed help desk and got a response that they are located in UK and cannot help US customers. Basically wasted my money.
