    I love this program but I am always doing a work around and even after purchasing the full app, it doesn’t let me change my empty bar weight. I have a 35lb Bella bar, but my warm ups can’t be changed and I have to go ahead and add 10lbs on warm up and don’t even know if that is wrong. The calculator doesn’t work because obviously, the default bar is 45lbs. Other than that obnoxiousness, it is lovely. I enjoy the bells and videos and etc.

    Good app for stronglifts and beginner training but nowhere to go and no use once you get passed beginner numbers. About 8 months ago they implemented a subscription service and I’ve seen no improvements since then. Unless something is added soon to make this app worth while I’m canceling my subscription. I assume others will follow suit.

    I truly enjoy this routine and have used the app for a while now. I recently signed up for the subscription but the app is still acting as if I am still using the free version. I get an error stating it cannot connect to iTunes App Store after subscribing.i tried reinstalling the app and it didn’t fix the issue. I want to give the app a better review, please assist.

    Love this new app...much more Convenient than remembering to bring my sweaty spreadsheet each visit to the gym...and if you lose those spreadsheets, well crap. Have been through the strong lifts program in the past and developed amazing excited to go through it again this time with the app!

    Been lifting for about 5 years now. I have never come across a program that focused on just 3 Big LIFTS for one day and that's it for the workout. And it's so easy to follow PLUS it works! I have increased my lifts by A LOT! If you want to try something new, this is it.
