    If you are planning on using this app to be able to connect to Hilton Hotel’s televisions then it works fine. If you are planning to connect in order to cast through Chromecast while staying at a Hilton you should know that Google Chromecast technical support denies that the service that they sell to Hilton can cast to the Hotel’s televisions which makes this app useless for that purpose. After Chromecast technicians wasted half my day I couldn’t uninstall this app fast enough.

    The app literally doesn’t work. It said I was connected on the TV however on the phone it said connection failed. This app is about as useful as a clogged toilet.

    Spent an hour setting up mobile app and called Hyatt but no one knows how to get Netflix to work. False advertising, Hyatt needs to get their stuff together????

    This app will take over your cellular data and make your phone unable to transmit data except on WiFi.

    Not sure why the low rating. The app allowed me to quickly change the channel (a pedestrian feature); but I was able to stream Netflix to the hotel tv. Nice feature! Better than my recent VRBO which required me to log in on an Apple TV, then remember to log out before checkout.
