  • Crashes constantly

Opens, enter the tv code, crashes. Hard reset does nothing.
  • Absolute Garbage

Why is there an app to be a WiFi remote, that you must pay to get guide info in and that makes Chromecast unreliable and works in far fewer situations and platforms as a result. What a pathetic excuse for an app and company.
  • Glitchy with 2 TV sets in the same room

Wasted a bunch of time trying to get this working, including two calls to customer support, neither of which fixed the problem. I discovered a solution by accident on my own. Contrary to what customer support advised, which was to turn off the TV that I wasn’t watching, it worked ONLY if I powered up both TV sets in the room and THEN logged into the TV that I wanted to watch. Once I did that, it worked fine. But what a waste of time getting there.
  • Almost Worthless (unless you pay)

Hotels should subsidize this app, not users. Nonintuitive, non-remote control like interface.
  • Don’t try it

Worst app ever. You can’t do anything ...terrible
  • Didn’t get the guide

I tried to pay- I got that beautiful “ting” that said it took my 99 cents, but... no guide. This used to be a free perk at Hyatts.
  • 2 Stars yep!

  • Poor excuse for an App

All it does is change the channel... you cannot cast anything for your device to the TV as advertised by the hotel and app. Do not download and just watch your content from your device.
  • Sneaky charge

It worked ok for the few days I used it, but I was surprised by the charge, it must’ve bern buried in print too tiny to read. I’ve never been tricked with any other app. Whoever this is, they’re making a fortune micro-scamming tens or hundreds of thousands of unsuspecting travelers. User beware, you’ll be an unwitting buyer!
