    I teach a lot fitness classes. I use this timer/app not only to keep us on track (a different move every min), I also program my moves. So I take this timer/app on my iPad to all of my classes. I’ve made up about 10 routines, different ones for each format. I LOVE this app. No way you I’d be able to memorize that many routines and keep people on track. It’s been a lifesaver.

    I love creating my own custom timers and modifying them to advance my training. It would be cool if I could adjust several reps with one edit, tho. Like, select all the “rests” in a timer set and change their duration form 10 to 6 seconds with one edit, rather than editing each one.
