  • So buggy that I am going to cancel after. Had a subscription for years.

Can't delete previously downloaded magazines. Can't delete sections. Doomed to have the magazines waste space on my iPad.
  • HATE the new version

I'm canceling my subscription and wish I could get a refund. I used this app to download magazines and read them offline, but with this update, it is no longer possible. I lost all the versions I had downloaded on previous versions of this app. I tried to download a few recent versions, but I still cannot access them without an internet connection. Also the layout is more like a poorly organized blog rather than a magazine. What a waste of money. After 3 years as a subscriber (and 33 lost issues that I had stored locally), I guess it's time to find a new health and fitness magazine.
  • How to Lose a Customer

This Powered by Maz format is awful. It does not feel at all like you're reading a magazine, and it has lots of bugs. Pages load slowly (I have great wifi), and the reading offline option is the worst. I have cancelled my subscription to both Rodale magazines I had because they all use it.
  • Cool update

Loving the extra content they've added in
  • Horrible New Format

    By Love You Too
I hope they are paying attention to their reviews because it's so hard to navigate. I'd like the option to go back to magazine format , I didn't have the patience to try and find articles I was interested in! 😡 I have one month left , if this isn't corrected , I won't be renewing .
  • Get it together, Rodale

    By KatersNYC
You'd think they'd make sure their app was in working order for new years resolution customers but no. Purchased a subscription in-app but it won't let me access anything and continues to treat me as a guest/trial user, even though the subscription page says I'm active). Tried all the suggestions in their FAQ on how to fix it (quit app, reinstall app) but nothing works. Super frustrating that they know this is an issue for users since they cover it in the FAQ, but can't help you actually solve it.
  • Impossible to read, digital magazine

    By MathNomad
This format is obnoxious. The former app platform worked so well. They replaced it with a system that only allows you the full magazine file to browse if you create an additional account. Want to use Facebook to log in and make the account for you? Sorry, that doesn't quite work and crashes. This is all for a previously purchased subscription through iTunes that suddenly gets you nothing except a bad "text version" of a few pages at a time. In the current market that digitally pushes accessibility of video content and links to audio and Internet content, this app makes zero sense.
  • Horrible

    By Reviewthis1234@
They have completely ruined their digital format. The app is unusable, you cannot delete issues which is a huge waste of space (the directions are useless), my username & password no longer work, and the magazine is ridiculous to navigate. To make matters worse, they will not issue a refund for the unused portion of your subscription if you cancel. Total waste of money.
  • Unreadable

    By DaveEl
The new app has rendered the magazine unreadable. You can't scroll thru pages; you can't pick up where you left off, and it is just awful.
  • Like it better now

    By PeterS2012
I like their new app. I'm actually going to start reading more of the articles now that it looks better on my phone. I wasn't a big fan of the old magazine format. Definitely things that can be improved but it's a good start.
