  • Latest update still won’t logon

    This latest update that supposedly fixes logon problems doesn’t fix it for me. I still receive an “unable to authenticate mobile user “ error when trying to logon using the app. I have no problems logging on on the att microcell website.

    The app stopped working well and now is full of logon issues. Can’t even connect with the Micro Cell for phone calls. AT&T just rebooted the device remotely to ‘fix’ the problem but after rebooting my iPhone it still won’t connect to the Micro Cell. This is disappointing.

    Ya your “Fix” from 6 months ago... doesn’t fuxcing Work. Hit GO and you get a spin of a circle for half a second then nothing. You also make it near impossible to find the microcell management page on your website.. garbage business tactics

    I just got off the phone with tech support. I was told to uninstall and re-install. Can’t get past entering phone number. AT&T should take this down! I can access my microcell account through my browser, a company as big as AT&T should not have an App up with this kind of rating! Disgrace!

    Micro cell app on iPhone doesn’t work .It will not authenticate the correct phone number with the user id and password. Customer service after hours on hold can not make it work and doesn’t really care.

    We’ve been with our new carrier for 3 months. Fair honest easy to comprehend billing. No AT&T deception. And best of all the phone service is far superior to AT&T at a lower cost with no fear of overages. Customer service blows away AT&T. Added perks blow away AT&T. We’ve been using the microcell for 10 years. I usually had 1 bar. Service was awful in the house. Calls were garbled, sound would drop out, lots of static and we’re constantly experiencing dropped calls. I switched to WIFI calling and service is great. Disconnect your microcell and test the tower first. Service may have improved over time. If not, test WIFI calling. FaceTime audio works much better than any AT&T service. AT&T has provided poor quality service over 10 years. Customer service takes forever to get any satisfaction. AT&T also had many deceptive practices, such as continuing to charge the same price per line after 2 year iPhone contract was paid off. What’s the point of a 2 year loan term if it never ends? Rollover data is a joke. Do the math. It’s only good every other month. You loose far more than you gain and the risk of overages is always there. Unlimited plans added way to much to the bill. We’ve decided to change carriers because we got a whole lot more for less. Goodbye AT&T. App deleted.
