  • Login doesn’t work

    Like many others, I cannot login to this app, despite having verified the correct username and password. A company as large as AT&T should be ashamed to even have this app available. It’s bad enough so many individuals have to have a microcell due to poor service coverage; at least make the app work properly!

    I have two of these at different addresses installed several years ago. In concept the microcell is an excellent idea. The use of the app and setup also excellent. The problem is execution of the device management software and support of the device. The last patch was to correct login problems and it appears to be an ineffective cure. Searching support and talking to support had also failed to cure the issue. I will wait the requisite hour or so to see if time will unlock the device access. Next I will apologize to my guest for having selected ATT as my cell carrier. I will call my daughter an she will say ‘I warned you’ about them.
  • Latest update still won’t logon

    This latest update that supposedly fixes logon problems doesn’t fix it for me. I still receive an “unable to authenticate mobile user “ error when trying to logon using the app. I have no problems logging on on the att microcell website.
  • The MicroCell is great. The APP used to work

    Not sure what has changed but I cannot log into my Microcell with this APP Hope they fix it soon. April 20, 2018

    App won’t do anything. Can’t even get past the log in screen.

    The app stopped working well and now is full of logon issues. Can’t even connect with the Micro Cell for phone calls. AT&T just rebooted the device remotely to ‘fix’ the problem but after rebooting my iPhone it still won’t connect to the Micro Cell. This is disappointing.

    I hit the Go button on the app and it doesn’t do anything at all. I’m at a loss here. Tried closing the app and restarting phone.

    Ya your “Fix” from 6 months ago... doesn’t fuxcing Work. Hit GO and you get a spin of a circle for half a second then nothing. You also make it near impossible to find the microcell management page on your website.. garbage business tactics
