Washington Post Print Edition App Reviews

  • Crashes

App crashes on start since update a few days ago. Never see the content. Original iPad Air, latest iOS.
  • Love this app

    By MarkGrace(not really)
It works effortlessly and, like the printed paper, includes stories you won’t see in the on-line version. I also like the home town feel of seeing the print version even when I am far away from home.
  • Latest update crashes app

Can’t open app any more. Crashes on initiation. How do I remove this version? App no longer functions on iPad mini 4 with up to date iOS!
  • Real News, Great Journalism!

WP is a great resource for news and opinion pieces. Appreciate the excellent, unbiased reporting and smart opinion articles. The APP works great and keeps me informed no matter where I am.
  • Latest update, 3/22/19

Goes to a blank Gray screen then crashes and returns to home page. What’s up, are you trying to kill democracy with darkness or is it all Trumps fault? Enquiring minds want to know. Previous versions of the Print Edition App would load the morning paper in a matter of seconds. The current version takes minutes. I find I'm using the app less and less because of the aggravation of waiting for it to load.
  • The Post

    By DEBarnard
I have been a reader of the Post for about 48 years. A lot of history has passed during this time, and I’ve depended on the Post to give me the accurate story. I still get the hardcopy and now the online version of the Post. Every morning I look forward to checking out the stories in the Post.

    Just love it !!!
  • Ads and Crossword Puzzles

    By Claygirl85
The Washington Post is great; being forced to click on a video ad (for a PAID subscription) in order to work the daily crossword puzzle is super annoying and reduces a 5 star rating to a 3 star.
  • Newsprint Feel

Still miss real newspapers but this app is great! Love the newspaper look. Well done. Tony Ceddia

It would be much better/easier to read if we could go to the next article from the article we just finished reading instead of having to go back to the main page. Copy the Wall Street journal if you want to make for an easier experience. Thanks. Otherwise content is great.
