    There is no way to establish a group for texts. I deal with large groups and this is absolutely ridiculous. If I weren’t required to utilize this app for work I would have ditched it a long time ago.

    It has been great to receive messages and be able to text clients through this app....but when the calls are constantly garbled and interrupted by other calls coming in...then it is embarrassing and makes us look cheap and unprofessional because our phone system doesn’t work half the time. I end up using my personal phone as well, so this app is basically good for taking messages like a virtual secretary.

    The iPhone app is fine as well as the iPad app, it’s the desktop application that has its issues, in particular the newest version repeatedly crashes after I installed it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled the older version.

    The best Voip system ever. It delivers in the flexiblity of on the go offices. Whether you are in the office using the desktop or out in the road using your cell phone to do business, this app delivers! I wish ATT would not try to do there new adaptation of this system. Anyways RingCentral ATT O&H is the greatest!

    This app has been nothing but trouble since I installed it. Our business runs on sending pictures of docs back and forth and even though the app promises to allow that, I've never had a picture come through. I ended up having to start using my personal phone number and never use this app because of the trouble it causes. I can't answer a call until I deny the first screen and accept the second one. What is that about?? Super frustrating. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP!
