  • Access to digital issue

    Since the update I have had issues accessing the digital issues. I’ve emailed several times with no reply back. I did receive an email stating that I am paid in full for both versions. I have had my subscription for many years and enjoy it but I will be canceling both subscriptions if this issue is not resolved soon. I just sent another email. I have not received an issue since June 2. I do get weekly notifications stating that a new issue is available.
  • App not restoring purchases

    I am not able to restore my purchases I have followed all the instructions for the new app and everything in my iTunes account is up to date and correct I just keep getting “ error in syncing your library try again .. I am going to cancel my subscription it’s a joke

    Good to see I am not the only one having issues trying to access the digital content. I thought it was just me, I don’t care for Meredith at all, they are horrible and the new app is terrible.

    Have had a subscription to People for years through iTunes. Never really had trouble with it until recently. Issues are only available hit-or-miss. Some tell me I have to “BUY” when I have already paid. Issues will not restore. Can’t help thinking this is a ZINIO problem.

    The people app needs to be fixed. Hard to navigate and makes me not want to read the magazine. Too much effort.

    I can no longer access online issues with the new app. Latest issue is from 3/2019. The app wants me to pay for issues since then. I have tried several times to log into the app and link my account with my email using the app’s instructions and still no access to issues newer than 3/2019. Today I tried to log into the app and cannot get past the login screen. Very disappointing. I expect online access since I’m paying for it. Sent email to App Support but have not heard back. Please help. Thank you.
  • Unable to read magazine I just purchased

    I just purchased the June 24th Mariska and Perter Hermann issue and the magazine will not open for me to read it. I’m highly upset it just spent $6 for this issue. Please fix your app or refund my money.
  • Continuous problems downloading issues

    Every few weeks I am not allowed to download new issues—I only get choices to pay for an issue or get a free trial even though my subscription is current. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it’s still not working.
