AT&T Voicemail Viewer (Work) App Description

This app is for AT&T landline voicemail, not mobile phone voicemail. Make sure you have your AT&T office voicemail PIN prior to downloading this app. You must have an AT&T Phone (Business VoIP) or an AT&T Unified Messaging℠ account in order to use this app. Business customers can order AT&T Unified Messaging by calling the number on their bill or by visiting att.com. For information about AT&T Phone (Business VoIP), please contact your AT&T Account Representative. The AT&T Voicemail Viewer app makes it easier to stay on top of your digital Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your iOS device. Similar to looking at messages in your email inbox, Voicemail Viewer lists your messages, allowing you to choose the order in which you listen to them. With digital Voicemail, you can even read your messages as voicemail-to-text. For more information and help, visit um.att.com/vmviewer. If you are a digital Voicemail or an AT&T Unified Messaging customer and are experiencing difficulty logging in to this app, please contact us at 800.288.2020 (digital Voicemail) or 888.300.6500 (Unified Messaging) and be prepared to provide your wireline phone number associated with your mailbox, the device you are using to access the app and the problem that you are experiencing.

  • We will see

Just downloaded this app to start using it for my businesses. It does what is says, I can view and listen to my voicemail messages but we also get a lot emails and texts to our unified box which I can't view. Seems like it would be common sense to be able to view your inbox in unified as a whole not just your voicemails.

After not working for 6 weeks, the app has been working well for a few days--the same for the "Home" version.
  • Complete Crap

This app used to work but now it is constantly saying problems connecting to server. Not sure why it's so hard to get this thing working. Past week or 2 it won't work at all. Get your crap together AT&T and fix this. This is supposed to be for business so this is way unacceptable. I'd give it negative stars if I could.
  • Terrible...no support

I agree with all recent reviews. This app has gone to crap and Att is doing nothing about it. What is the point of having voicemail if I can't check it? Complete waste of money for the service
  • Used to work

What happened? This used to work great, and now it's practically useless. I see I'm not the only one having trouble logging in. Whatever you guys have done, could you please roll it back to a version that actually works?
  • Never works

Okay, maybe never works is not 100% true but most of the time I receive an error syncing with the server and the app repeatedly bombs. Might take days to work again. Try and call tech support? What a joke!
  • Fails to connect

When you try to check your messages the app doesn't connect.
