Apple Store App Description

The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store. Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in select countries. How your data is used To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

    I have always used apple products and for the first time ever using the apple store app, I was very disappointed. I tried to purchase a new phone case, put in all my information, and then payment information. I received a message stating my payment would not go through and to try again. So I checked what I had typed; all correct and I received the same message. After looking at my bank balance, it showed the amount for the case was taken out twice and I still had no order confirmation. So I just went and purchased a case from Best Buy. I should have done that instead of trying the app. I called apple customer service. All they said was sorry there is nothing we can do and my money would be returned to me according to my banks terms. I don’t know about everyone reading this review, but when it comes to money, every little bit of it counts. So I did not receive a case from the apple store and the authorizations on my card for “no case” amount to over $70 will promptly be returned to be within 7 to 10 business days. Disappointed

    Upgraded following the recent suggestion. Now I can’t access the actual App Store. Now what use to be the App Store is Just a big promotional advertisement pushing me to buy more apple products. Really frustrated and dissatisfied

    It is a horrible design feature that when you press the power button on your phone while on FaceTime, that it ends your call. This feature needs to be removed as soon as possible.
