    I been using Uber since I moved from California to DC and I have had issues but tonight it got me upset. READ ON IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR POCKET. I ordered Uber for a pick up at a exact location and I was supposed to walk 10 minutes (which I do not mind) BUT WHY is the Uber driver expected to arrive in 3 minutes?? Is this Ubers new business model to get me to pick a different Uber flavor? I requested a full refund of today’s pick up and I have also requested 2 other refunds of the same nature. So far no refund. However the app indicated that “some money” will be credited back so far nothing. If in fact there is a “developer response” and not a human machine just generating a generic response, from developer to developer. ASSURE ME YOU WILL FIX THIS and give me my money back. DO NOT DO download try Lyft.

    I’m never taking Uber again, my far was suppose to be $8.30 my card got charged a little less than $15 smh. I made a complaint and you guys refunded me .40 I’ll just stick with Lyft.
  • Charged Twice for every ride

    Since Wednesday morning I’ve been receiving notifications about outstanding balances towards my uber account that was already paid. I’ve talked to uber reps several time about the situations because they wouldn’t allow me to request an Uber unless I paid the balance ( which had already came out of my account) for an entire 24hrs I tried to get in contact with reps because I work very late (until midnight) and depend on uber to get home ... at some point during the conversations with reps they continues to repeat the same message (uber techs are working on the problem) but there was no apologies , no updates on when I could use my account again , no credit for my worries nothing to say is the last day I will ever use uber

    Out in the freezing cold, call Uber - 13 mins away. Wait for 12 mins, driver cancels, take 5 mins to find a new driver. New driver - 14 mins away. All in all about half an hour a temperature with a -0 windchill because our first driver found someone else and cancelled (speculation). New driver was nice and is the only reason this app is not getting 1 Star.

    A few weeks ago my rating would’ve been 5 stars. The last two rides in the last 24 hours have had the Uber get on the wrong highways going in the wrong direction. I didn’t notice until last second so wasn’t able to warn the driver. Hopefully this will be fixed soon

    My cab driver had a fight with me because I wanted to look my friends phone in the car before he pulled off.. told me I was wasting his time as if I didn’t just pay for him to get us there safely. Uber need to Choose your Uber drivers wisely
