Love this app but it can be confusing because there’s so much it can do. So take the time to get to know it and you won’t be displeased. One thing I haven’t figured out how to do is combine two references that are in fact the same person. And how do I get the app to display my maternal Grandmother’s birth father rather than her stepfather?

Free trials but they sneak in a billing before the 14 days just because they know some people won’t see it. Shady...shady...SHADY!

I can’t stand apps that have simple fixes and developers update, but never fix the basic functions. Sometimes you can easily locate the “contact” button, other times you’re forced to sift through five menus to find it. Then, when you have new DNA matches, you click on a person’s profile pic and the only way to get back to the main page to click on the other new matches, you have to close the app completely and come back in because the “back” button doesn’t work. Why isn’t the “search” field yielding results? I have put in family member last names, first names, etc and it shows no results. Then, I scroll through 50 names - and there are those names that yielded no results. SMH WHY can’t results be sorted by relationship/relative status?!?! The most BASIC functions on this app don’t work. I would give it a zero if I could.
