  • Lacks a key component

Need an option to customize each post... I don’t type as much on twitter as I do on IG. I have to create 2 separate posts. Not convenient at all.
  • Not posting media to Instagram

    By Leiahloo
I am now having to manually post to Instagram, because the app only successfully posts to Facebook. It even says that the media has posted successfully to Instagram but when I go to the Instagram app the media has not been posted. It’s ridiculous that I am manually having to post because that is the point of the app. Please fix this issue asap!!

I liked Hootsuite, but after the last update, I can’t even sign in. Also, I had paid for the business account and now it’s a separate app? I don’t know if I like the upgrade because I can’t access hootsuite anymore.
  • Frustrating

I used it for a bit then stopped when my Twitter communications project was over. Forgot the password I set up and tried to reset it through my email. It was a confusing. Took half an hour. Then I tried to schedule a post using my phone and that was ridiculously complicated. Nothing that purports to simplify life should be that complex. I’m off to try a different app.
  • Bug: reset password not sending email

    By jo_mpowers
Loved using this app. But recently got a new phone and I keep tapping on “forgot password” so I can reset it and log in since I don’t remember the old one.. and it SAYS i should wait on an email but I’m just not getting it. This is my 3rd day re-trying and waiting on an email. It’s frustrating..
  • Overall great application

My only wish is that I could tag people/companies via Instagram handles and not only Facebook handles. Otherwise I love the site and app!
  • Two thumbs down.

Just as bad as the desktop site. There are free apps and sites that do the same or more. I’m canceling my business account.
  • Disgusting

    Absolutely gross.
  • WORST APP, Worst Company

    By meghanlundy
This was the worst app experience I have ever had. I signed up for the monthly professional subscription, but was never able to use it because Hootsuite said my account didn't exist. I of course was charged the money but was never upgrades and eventually my account was cancelled. Three weeks, multiple screen shots of my payments, and even a sent copy of my bank statement proving and showing the payment was made and they won't activate my pro account and apple won't refund my money because they say it's a Hootsuite problem!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH COMPANIES!!!
  • Don’t Get Tricked!!!!

Absolutely despicable!! I signed up for the 30-day free trial and immediately was not happy. It’s great that you can schedule posts but a message went up within the week saying that the app would no longer be able to support location services (meaning I can’t tag the location). Soon after, I got a notification saying hashtags would not be supported. I’m not sure that any of these things actually ceased to be supported but the doubt was enough for me to stop using the product. I tried to cancel but of course there was no clear way to cancel so I waited for the warning email that is promised on the website Q&A section, figuring there might be some instructions there. Suddenly I am charged and my bank calls to ask if it’s a fraudulent charge. Of course it is!!! But they can’t hold the money bc I didn’t know you should use a debit card for free trials. I went to customer service and they put it on me saying I’m “responsible for managing” my card. I was lead to believe I would get the email and I could manage the account from there but I never did receive that email. No responsibility was taken on their part and I have screenshots of everything to prove that they did not deliver what they promised and I should not have to pay for something that was not agreed upon. Anyway, get FOLLOW ADDER instead. It’s much more reasonably priced and does more work for you. It supports hashtags. Oh and they don’t lie!
