I marked a spot yesterday. Today I keep getting messages saying thank you for sharing but they’re coming every few minutes. Please stop the messages. They are annoying.

    1) Don’t send responses in the middle of the night... 2) if you are going to bulk upload of marked spots reports, you don’t have to send out individual responses. I marked the spot over 2 weeks ago when I was on vacation. I got 15 responses last night at 2am. Seriously! iOS 12 is about to be released and it still doesn’t work on my iPad. iOS 10.3 just came out, wanna guess what still doesn't work? Still crashes. No many times do we have to give it a bad rating before it gets fixed? Oh come on! Brand New IPad and this app still DOES NOT WORK!!! How many years can go by before you consider fixing it? This is the 4th version of the app that still does not work on my iPad... How many bad reviews before you fix it? I still can't send reports on my iPad. It keeps crashing when I hit the submit button... Do you guys not read these? Still not fixed... I want to mark the spot and go. Why does it take "MINUTES" when there are no network to simply take note of my location? Still, still not fixed...keeps crashing when I try to use with my iPad.
  • It takes more then one.

It takes more then one person to complain. A company is not going to build a tower for you alone. Have friends and family use it also spread the word. I have a river camp spot started reporting it last year had 1 bar of service now I have 4 it does work. Just takes time to build a tower. Rome was not built overnight.
  • Update please

Can you guys at least update this? Tips are for 3G networks which I’m not even sure my phone has ever used

If AT&T cared: - They would be reading these reviews on the App Store and just like other companies, there would be a “Developer Response” listed for some of the reviews here. - The UI of this app would have been updated by now to match the large iPhone displays, especially the iPhone X. The lack of response on AT&T’s part reminds me of the old AT&T back in the early 2000s (prior to the launch of the iPhone) when I left them for poor customer service and expensive bills.
  • What a joke

I have used this app in the past and it doesn't seem to do anything. In fact, a report I gave a year ago still shows a status that AT&T is having technical difficulties in the area. Also, the app still gives you tips on ensuring that you have 3G turned on in your settings. With the crap coverage I get all over the City I live in, I would actually welcome good 3G coverage and data speeds.

I’ve been using the app for years and not a single place has been updated. I literally have record of me submitting issues over a year ago where they said they know they have LTE issues in my area, and they still have done nothing.
  • Useless! Does AT&T even listen?!?!

Hasn’t fixed any areas I’ve reported. Dozens and dozens of dead spots in VERY highly populated areas. Areas that a year or so ago and very strong LTE connections. AT&T, Take the app down off the App Store if you aren’t monitoring and fixing the problems reported!!!!
  • It simply doesn’t work

Whenever I select the problem and tap submit, the app crashes
  • Crappy App

Does not work! Waste of memory on an iPad. Useless junk. Developers had an epic fail! Don’t waste space on your device for this “crap app.” Quoted from Big Brother USA season 20
